ECHO SUITESsm EXTENDED STAY BY WYNDHAM HOTELS DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE WYNDHAM REWARDS PROGRAM
These Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern all aspects of participation in Wyndham Rewards® (the "Wyndham Rewards Program" or the "Program") worldwide, effective as of the date set forth above, and supersede all prior versions of the Terms and Conditions as of such date. They address the structure of the Program, describe Wyndham Rewards, Inc.’s rights and obligations and your own, describe how to earn and redeem points, and contain a dispute resolution clause, including arbitration requirements (see Section I(28) below). Except to the extent specifically incorporated into the terms and conditions applicable to the Wyndham Rewards® Business Program, the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions do not apply to the Wyndham Rewards® Business program.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement in electronic form between you ("you," "your" "yourself" and/or "Member") and Wyndham Rewards, Inc. ("Sponsor") ("Sponsor," "we," "us" and/or "our") and its successors.
I. General Information
1. Program Sponsor
Wyndham Rewards® (the "Wyndham Rewards Program" or "Program") is offered by Wyndham Rewards, Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., its successors and assigns. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. is sometimes individually referred to as "Sponsor."
2. Program Changes
Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may modify, alter, suspend, delete, or add new terms and conditions for its Program at any time without notice. The foregoing includes, without limitation, modifying, altering, adding, suspending or deleting point values, redemption levels and opportunities, conversion ratios, Member Levels Benefits or any other aspect of the Member Levels Program (including, without limitation, conditions for membership in the Member Levels program), earning methods and ratios and/or the participation of Earning Participants or Rewards Participants (each as defined below) at any time without notice (subject to applicable law). In addition, subject to applicable law, Wyndham Rewards may convert the Wyndham Rewards Program and Members' points into different awards programs having different point values at any time without notice. This means, in the case of Wyndham Rewards, that the number of points needed to reach a reward level may be increased, the time for earning them reduced, or the rewards changed, so you may not be able to obtain, earn or claim certain rewards no matter how long you participate in Wyndham Rewards. 3. Program Termination
Sponsor may terminate the Program at any time upon six months' notice, without further obligation to the Member. Regardless of the amount of time you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate additional Wyndham Rewards points or other Program currency and claim rewards under the Program may be terminated and all accrued Wyndham Rewards points in your account cancelled six months after termination of the Program is announced.
4. Eligibility
Individuals interested in enrolling in the Program must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence; and, in order to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts for the same individual, provide:
a. a unique email address, i.e., not shared with an existing Member; and
b. a phone number that is not shared with any existing Member who has the same first and last names as the enrolling individual.
Such individuals will hereafter be referred to as "Members" of the Program, or "Wyndham Rewards Members". Corporations, groups and other entities are not eligible. Members may not maintain more than one account or share accounts.
5. Points & Travel Partner Currency
Under the Program, Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points or similar currency in participating partner travel programs (e.g. airline miles and other partner travel program currency) (such participating partner travel program currency, collectively, "Travel Partner Currency"). Please see the Wyndham Rewards Travel Partner Currency page for more information. Wyndham Rewards points can be earned through (i) "Qualified Stays" at "Participating Hotels", “Participating Destinations” and “Participating Caesars Rewards Properties”, each as defined elsewhere in this Section I below, (ii) and for the various types of Go Fast® award stays at such properties, as more particularly described in Sections II(A) and (B) below. In these Terms and Conditions, Wyndham Rewards points are sometimes referred to as “Base Points”, “Promotional Points”, “Go Get ‘Em® Points” and “Accelerated Earning Points” (each as defined below in this Section I(5)); these terms are used herein only for purposes of distinguishing the various ways to earn Wyndham Rewards points and not to convey any differences in value or restrictions on use. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- “Base Points” refers to Wyndham Rewards points earned by a Member for completing a Qualified Stay or any variety of Go Fast award stay at a Participating Property in accordance with the earning ratio set forth in the chart contained in Section II(B)(5);
- “Promotional Points” means Wyndham Rewards points earned by a Member in connection with a limited time offer, promotion or special rate offered by Sponsor;
- “Accelerated Earning Points” refers to Wyndham Rewards points earned by a Gold, Platinum or Diamond Member on a Qualified Stay in accordance with Section II(B)(6); and
- “Go Get ‘Em Points” refers to Wyndham Rewards points earned by a Member for a Qualified Stay where the sum of Base Points and Accelerated Earnings Points is less than 1000, in accordance with Section II(B)(7).
6. Participating Properties, Redemption Only Destinations and “vacation club resorts and vacation rentals” defined
Participating Hotels (as defined in Section I(7)), Participating Destinations (as defined in Section I(8)), Participating Caesars Rewards Properties (as defined in Section I(9)), and any other property/ies Sponsor may advertise from time to time as offering the opportunity for Members to earn Wyndham Rewards points pursuant to these Terms and Conditions will collectively be referred to herein as “Participating Properties”. (Participating Properties may sometimes be referred to as “Wyndham Rewards properties” in advertising.) “Participating Properties” does not include Vacasa Vacation Rentals (as defined in Section III(D-2)(1)) or Redemption Cottages (as defined in Section III(E)(1)), which may occasionally be referred to herein collectively as “Redemption Only Destinations”. Participating Destinations and Redemption Only Properties are frequently referred to in advertising as “vacation club resorts and vacation rentals” but that term is intended to include all of the following types of properties: Participating Destinations, Vacasa Vacation Rentals and Redemption Cottages. As more particularly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, while Members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points for stays at Redemption Only Destinations, they cannot earn points or Travel Partner Currency for stays there. Without limiting any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions, to earn points for a stay, the applicable property must be a Participating Property.
7. Participating Hotels
"Participating Hotels" are defined as all “By Wyndham” hotels and other “By Wyndham” lodging facilities operating under a franchise, license or management agreement with a participating "Hotel Chain" at the time in question. The participating Hotel Chains are currently AmericInn by Wyndham®, Baymont by Wyndham®, Days Inn by Wyndham®, Dazzler by Wyndham, Dolce Hotels and Resorts® by Wyndham, Esplendor® Boutique Hotels by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, Howard Johnson by Wyndham®, La Quinta by Wyndham®, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®, Ramada by Wyndham®, Registry CollectionSM Hotels, Super 8 by Wyndham®, Trademark Collection by WyndhamTM, Travelodge by Wyndham®, TRYP by Wyndham®, Vienna House® by Wyndham, Wingate by Wyndham®, Wyndham Alltra, Wyndham Grand®, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®, and Wyndham Garden® branded hotels worldwide but are subject to change at any time without notice. For clarity, ECHO SuitesSM Extended Stay by Wyndham is not a participating Hotel Chain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) hotels and lodging facilities that are co-branded with Trademark Collection by WyndhamTM and Caesars are not considered Participating Hotels for purposes of these Terms and Conditions and instead are deemed Participating Caesars Rewards Properties (as that term is defined in Section I(9) hereunder; and (b) the following properties are not Participating Hotels and do not allow for earning of points or Travel Partner Currency: Wyndham Concorde Isla Margarita, The H Hotel, and the Bank of Montreal Institute for Learning. Visit the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable number provided here to locate a property in a location you wish to visit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, for the avoidance of doubt, Travelodge properties outside of the United States, Canada and Mexico are not owned or operated by, or otherwise affiliated with, Wyndham Rewards, Inc. or Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. and do not participate in the Program; as used in these Terms and Conditions, the term "Travelodge" is intended to refer only to Travelodge branded properties located in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Participating Hotels may sometimes be referred to as "Wyndham Rewards hotels" in advertising.

9. Participating Caesars Rewards Properties

10. Qualified Stays
A "Qualified Stay" occurs when: (A) a Member stays one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Property, which number of nights satisfies the applicable Participating Property’s minimum length of stay requirements (if any); (B) the nightly rate(s) for such Member’s accommodations, over the course of such Member’s stay, added together (but excluding taxes, surcharges and any other charges or fees for all Hotel Chains other than Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and Wyndham Garden, where taxes, surcharges and any other charges or fees are included), total at least US $25.00 (the "Minimum Total Rate"); (C) in the case of Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Rewards Properties, such Member provides his or her Wyndham Rewards membership number during the reservation process; (D) such Member pays all amounts payable for such stay in accordance with the Participating Property’s then applicable payment policies; (E) in the case of Participating Hotels, the stay is booked via www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, www.wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Hotel & Resorts App, the applicable Member Services telephone number provided here ; the official brand website of the applicable participating Hotel Chain (as such term is defined in Section I(7) above), the official (800) number of the applicable Hotel Chain as listed on such site, or on site at the applicable Participating Hotel; (F) in the case of Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Rewards Properties, the stay is booked via www.wyndhamrewards.com, www.wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Rewards App or the applicable Member Services telephone number provided here. For clarity, and without limiting anything contained in the foregoing sentence, an online booking for a stay at a Participating Caesars Rewards Property or Participating Destination must be made on a website whose address includes “www.wyndhamhotels.com” in order for such stay to be deemed a Qualified Stay. If a Member checks out and then checks back in to the same Participating Property on the same day, it will count as a single stay for purposes of calculating a Qualified Stay. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 10, certain stays at Participating Hotels which meet the criteria set forth in clauses (A), (B) and (D) above, but which are booked through independent travel agents, may also be Qualified Stays; please check with your independent travel agent prior to booking to confirm whether or not the applicable stay will be deemed a Qualified Stay.
11. Stays that are not Qualified Stays
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, if the rate for any night at a Participating Property falls into any of the following categories or is obtained by any of the following methods (as applicable), such night will not be deemed a Qualified Stay:
- Contract (e.g., Airline Crew): rates offered by properties at their discretion to companies that guarantee payment for a group of room nights over an extended time period, regardless of whether or not such rooms are actually used;
- All third-party website or on-line bookings (i.e., all website and on-line bookings made on websites, apps or digital platforms, as well as any bookings made by telephone with any such third-party, in each case, other than those described in Section I(10) above) irrespective of the rate paid or whether the brand affiliation of the Participating Property is known at the time of booking. For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, all bookings made on websites such as priceline.com, hotwire.com booking.com, orbitz.com, travelocity.com, expedia.com, ticketsatwork.com, plumbenefits.com, workingadvantage.com, and memberdeals.com (and all bookings otherwise made through any such third party).
- Wholesale Allotment: contracted rates offered by Participating Hotels to wholesale companies or tour operators;
- Wholesale Discount: contracted rates offered by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to wholesale companies or tour operators;
- Non-Revenue Generating (for example and without limitation, complimentary room nights and nights obtained using any form of Go Free® award described in Sections III(C-1) through (E-2) below, even in cases where resort fees, food and beverage, supplemental room occupancy fees for additional guests and/or other incidental fees are charged); and
- The various forms of Go Fast awards described in Sections III(G-1) through (I) below).
Except as otherwise specifically set forth in these Terms and Conditions with respect to the various forms of Go Fast award stays at Participating Properties, stays that are not Qualified Stays will not qualify for Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
12. Redemption Options
As more particularly described in Section III, Wyndham Rewards Members can redeem points for:
(a) the various forms of Go Free awards more particularly described in Sections III(C-1) through (E-2) below,
(b) the various forms of Go Fast awards more particularly described in Sections III(G-1) through (I) below,
(c) rewards offered by participating partner travel programs, participating merchants and participating service providers as described in detail in Section III.
All third parties offering redemption options other than Go Free and Go Fast awards are occasionally referred to in these Terms and Conditions collectively as "Rewards Participants".
13. Partnerships
Sponsor is not responsible for the terms and conditions, products, services or membership requirements of, or any other aspects of the programs offered by current or former Earning Participants, Rewards Participants or other current or former Wyndham Rewards partners, including, without limitation, Viator, Inc., Maritz Motivation Solutions, Inc., Collinson Limited, Vacasa LLC (the entity which accepts Wyndham Rewards points for free stays at Vacasa Vacation Rentals pursuant to these Terms and Conditions), Extra Holidays, LLC (the entity which accepts Wyndham Rewards points for free and discounted stays at Participating Destinations pursuant to these Terms and Conditions), Vacation Rentals (UK) Ltd. (the entity which accepts Wyndham Rewards points for free stays at Redemption Cottages pursuant to these Terms and Conditions), Caesars Entertainment Corporation (the entity which accepts Wyndham Rewards points for free and discounted stays at Participating Caesars Rewards Properties pursuant to these Terms and Conditions), Visa Inc. and Barclays Bank Delaware (Barclaycard).
14. Point Expiration, Cancellation and Account Inactivity
Except as may otherwise be required under applicable law, Wyndham Rewards points expire four (4) years after the checkout date of the stay for which the applicable points are posted to the Member's account (the “Four Year Rule”), unless the points are forfeited or cancelled earlier due to membership inactivity (as more particularly described below), or otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All accrued points in a Member's Wyndham Rewards account may be cancelled or forfeited if the Member has no Account Activity (as defined below) for a period of approximately, but never less than, eighteen (18) consecutive months. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Account Activity" means any (i) point earning, (ii) stay posted to a Member’s Wyndham Rewards account, regardless of whether or not such stay earns Wyndham Rewards points, and (iii) redemption or transfer activity involving a change in the Member's Wyndham Rewards point balance, in each case, conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All issues related to the value, redemption and expiration of Travel Partner Currency will be governed by the terms and conditions then in effect for the applicable program.
15. Account Termination
A Member's Wyndham Rewards account may be terminated if the Member has no Account Activity (as defined in Section I(14) above) for a period of sixty (60) consecutive months. Except as may otherwise be required under applicable law, all Wyndham Rewards points remaining in a Member’s account at the time of such termination will be deemed forfeited.
16. Point Transfer
Wyndham Rewards points in a Member's account do not constitute property of the Member, have no cash value, and cannot, except as otherwise explicitly authorized in these Terms and Conditions, be sold, bartered or transferred by Member or any other party (other than Sponsor or its authorized agents) during or after the Member's life, by operation of law or otherwise.
17. Point Balance
Sponsor, at its option, may send to Members periodic statements by mail or electronically. Members may access their Wyndham Rewards point balance and earning history at any time online or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here. Wyndham Rewards Member Services will be closed on certain United States holidays including: Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (1st Monday in September), Thanksgiving (4th Thursday in November), Christmas (December 25) and New Year's Day (January 1).
18. Fraud
Fraud or abuse of Program, Sponsor representatives, or staff or guests or theft and/or damage at any Participating Property or Redemption Only Destination by Members is subject to administrative action by the Sponsor including, but not limited to termination of the Member's Wyndham Rewards account and any benefits associated with the Member’s then current Member Level, as described in Section IV(C), below, forfeiture of all accrued Wyndham Rewards points, Travel Partner Currency, and/or cancellation of any previously issued rewards. Without limiting the foregoing, sponsor may terminate or suspend a Member's Program membership, including, but not limited to cancelling points in his/her account, if the Member (a) fails to pay the bill of any hotel or other property or travel supplier participating in the Program, or any other Earning Participant or Rewards Participant; and/or (b) transfers, sells, barters, commercially distributes or otherwise uses any Wyndham Rewards points, Member Level, Member Level benefit, Go Free award, Go Fast award or any other reward or item received in exchange for the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise uses any of the foregoing for improper purposes, in each case, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
19. No Representations or Warranties
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR COLLATERAL, REGARDING ANY PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICE(S) PROVIDED BY ANY EARNING PARTICIPANT OR REWARDS PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF QUALITY, DURABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR GENERAL PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR ACCURACY. SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF QUALITY, DURABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR GENERAL PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR ACCURACY WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates will not be responsible for performance of, or failure to perform by, any Earning Participant or Rewards Participant or any other party, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the delivery, receipt, use and/or misuse of, or any defect or failure in, any products or services of any Earning Participant or Rewards Participant or any other party.
20. Sponsor Not Responsible for Tax
Wyndham Rewards points, Travel Partner Currency, and rewards earned through the Program may be subject to tax, which is the sole responsibility of the Member and will not qualify to earn additional Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
21. Program Participation – Where Void
Participation in the Program and/or the awarding and redemption of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency is void where prohibited by law.
22. Name & Address Changes
Members are responsible for communicating name and address change information to the Program via the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here.
23. Website Terms of Use
Use of the Program website is subject to the Terms of Use found in the footer of all pages on wyndhamrewards.com. Without limiting such Terms of Use, (a) no warranties are made as to the content of the website or that the functioning of the website will be uninterrupted or error free; and (b) use of the website is at the Member's own risk.
24. Point Removal
In the event that any Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency is erroneously posted to a Member’s account, Sponsor may have them removed from the Member’s account without notice.
25. Privacy Notice
Sponsor maintains its own consumer-facing privacy notice which is applicable to Members' participation in Sponsor's Program, which Sponsor may update from time to time (the "Privacy Notice"). The current version of the Privacy Notice can be found in the footer of all pages on wyndhamrewards.com, or can be obtained by sending a written request to the following address:

26. Membership Database
The personal information you provide is maintained in a database (the "Membership Database") that is owned and/or controlled by Wyndham Rewards, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., located in the United States. The Membership Database is hosted and maintained by Phaedon. Please see our Privacy Notice for information about the ways we collect, process, use and share personal information. By joining the Program, you have read the Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, processing, disclosure and transfer of your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice, as well as the transfer of your personal information to the United States for the purpose of enrolling in and administering the Wyndham Rewards Program.

27. Notice
Any notice required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall be immediately effective upon posting them on wyndhamrewards.com or any successor website for the Program.
28. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION, MASS ARBITRATION, PROHIBITION OF CLASS ACTIONS; GOVERNING LAW; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
This section is deemed to be a "written agreement to arbitrate" pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, and you and Sponsor each agree that this section is intended to satisfy the "writing" requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act.
THE FOLLOWING TERMS TO WHICH YOU ARE CONSENTING CONSIST OF A PRE-DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS, BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION, MASS ARBITRATION PROVISION, AND A CLASS-ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by using the WYNDHAM REWARDS PROGRAM, you and SPONSOR agree that if a dispute arises between you and the SPONSOR, SPONSOR’S PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND/OR AGENTS (SPONSOR, COLleCTIVELY WITH SUCH OTHER ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS, THE “SPONSOR PARTIES”) relating in any way to the WYNDHAM REWARDS PROGRAM or your use thereof, including common law or statutory claims, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in this section. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS AND WILL IMPACT HOW CLAIMS YOU AND SPONSOR HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED. You and Sponsor agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor or any of the other SPONSOR PARTIES in connection with the Wyndham Rewards Program, including any products or services offered or sold in connection with the Wyndham Rewards Program and your use of and participation in the Wyndham Rewards Program, shall be resolved exclusively through confidential, final, and binding arbitration; provided that either party may file suit in court seeking to enjoin infringement, misappropriation, or misuse of its intellectual property rights. YOU ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE A DISPUTE IN COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY.
PRE-ARBITRATION DISPUTE RESOLUTION: You and Sponsor agree that whenever you or Sponsor have a disagreement (“Dispute”) with the other arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Wyndham Rewards Program that is subject to the arbitration provision herein, you and Sponsor will first send a written notice to the other party (a “Demand”). You and Sponsor agree that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution section will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before you accepted these Terms and Conditions. You must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Wyndham Rewards, Inc., Attn: Legal Department, 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054. Sponsor must send the Demand to you via certified mail to the most recent address Sponsor has on file for you (or by email if Sponsor only has an email address for you on file). A Demand (1) shall seek to resolve a Dispute only on an individual basis (i.e., between you and the applicable SPONSOR PARTY/IES); (2) shall state the full basis for the Dispute (including the details about the Dispute sufficient for the recipient to review and respond) and the date that the Dispute arose; (3) shall provide the individual claimant’s full name, phone number, and email address to confirm their identity and to aid communication; and (4) shall be personally signed by the individual claimant or for Sponsor by its authorized representative (and not only their counsel). Within twenty (20) business days of receipt of a Demand, the recipient may request an individualized video or telephone conference to attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute which both you and Sponsor will personally attend (with counsel, if represented). You and Sponsor agree that you and Sponsor will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until after the period to request a conference expires or, if a conference is requested, twenty (20) business days after the individualized conference is completed. Compliance with this informal dispute resolution procedure section is mandatory and a condition precedent to initiating any lawsuit or arbitration. This procedure is essential to providing each of us a meaningful opportunity to resolve Disputes informally. Any applicable limitations periods and filing fee deadlines will be tolled while the parties engage in the process set forth above. A court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin the filing or prosecution of a lawsuit or arbitration if these requirements have not been met.
ARBITRATION PROCEDURE: If the Dispute stated in the Demand is not resolved to your or Sponsor’s satisfaction within ten (10) business days after the conference described above (or within ten (10) business days after the time when such a conference may be requested if no conference has been requested), and you intend on taking legal action, you agree that you will file a demand for arbitration with JAMS. The arbitration will be conducted under JAMS’s Comprehensive Rules & Procedures, including the JAMS's Consumer Rules (as applicable), as modified by this Agreement to Arbitrate. The JAMS's rules and a form for initiating arbitration proceedings are available on the JAMS's website at: https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-comprehensive-arbitration/. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, provincial, territorial or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Terms and Conditions is void or voidable, except that a court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin the filing or prosecution of an arbitration if the Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution requirements set forth above have not been met.
The arbitration shall be held in the county in which you reside or at another mutually agreed location. If the value of the relief sought is $10,000 or less, either you or Sponsor may elect to have the arbitration conducted by telephone and/or video conference or based solely on written submissions, which election shall be binding on the other party subject to the arbitrator's discretion to require an in-person hearing if the circumstances warrant. Attendance at an in-person hearing may be made by telephone and/or video conference, unless the arbitrator requires otherwise. The arbitrator will decide the substance of all claims in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, including recognized principles of equity, and will honor all claims of privilege recognized by law.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Sponsor agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding. Unless both you and Sponsor agree otherwise or the Mass Arbitration provisions set forth below are triggered, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. Also, the arbitrator may award relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief necessitated by that party's individual claim(s). Any relief awarded cannot affect any other person or party. You and Sponsor further agree that in the event this arbitration agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, the prohibitions on class and representative actions and non-individualized relief set forth in this paragraph are severable and shall apply to any claim between you and Sponsor in any forum. YOU ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO COMMENCE OR PARTICIPATE IN CLASS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. The arbitrator's award shall be confidential, final, and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by JAMS's rules.
Mass Arbitration:
If, at any time, 25 or more claimants (including you) submit Demands or seek to file demands for arbitration raising similar claims against Sponsor, and such circumstances meet the definition and criteria of Mass Filings (“Mass Filing”) set forth in National Arbitration & Mediation’s (“NAM”) Mass Filing Supplemental Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures (“NAM’s Mass Filing Rules”) available at https://www.namadr.com/resources/rules-fees-forms/), you and Sponsor agree that JAMS shall not serve as arbitrator and that instead NAM shall administer any Mass Filing claims and the NAM Mass Filing Rules in effect at the time such claim is filed shall apply as modified below. You agree that throughout this process, the parties’ counsels shall meet and confer to discuss modifications to these procedures based on the particular needs of the Mass Filing. You acknowledge and agree that your election to participate in a Mass Filing may result in a delay in the adjudication of your dispute with Sponsor. Any applicable limitations periods and filing fee deadlines will be tolled while the parties engage in the process set forth below.
Stage One: Counsel for the claimants and counsel for Sponsor shall each select 15 claims per side (30 claims total) to be filed and to proceed in individual arbitrations as part of a staged process. Each of these individual arbitrations shall be assigned to a different, single arbitrator unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Any remaining claims shall not be filed or be deemed filed in arbitration, nor shall any arbitration fees be assessed in connection with those claims unless and until they are selected to be filed in individual arbitration proceedings as part of a staged process. After this initial set of staged proceedings is completed, the parties shall promptly engage in a global mediation session of all remaining claims with a retired federal or state court judge and Sponsor will pay the mediator’s fee.
Stage Two: If the remaining claims are not resolved at this time, counsel for the claimants and counsel for Sponsor shall each select 20 claims per side (40 claims total) to be filed and to proceed in individual arbitrations as part of a second staged process, subject to any procedural changes the parties agreed to in writing. Each of these individual arbitrations shall be assigned to a different, single arbitrator unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Any remaining claims shall not be filed or be deemed filed in arbitration, nor shall any arbitration fees be assessed in connection with those claims unless and until they are selected to be filed in individual arbitration proceedings as part of a staged process. After this second set of staged proceedings is completed, the parties shall promptly engage in a global mediation session of all remaining claims with a retired federal or state court judge and Sponsor will pay the mediator’s fee.
If your Claim is not resolved as part of the staged process identified above, either:
Option One: You and we may separately or by agreement, opt out of arbitration and elect to have your Claim heard in court consistent with these Terms. You may opt out of arbitration by sending us your individual, personally signed notice of your intention to opt out by certified mail addressed to the Notice Address. Such an opt-out notice must include a statement, personally signed by you, that you wish to opt out of arbitration within 30 days after the conclusion of Stage Two or the elective mediation associated with Stage Two. We may opt your Claim out of arbitration by sending an individual, personally signed notice of our intention to opt out to your counsel within 14 days after the expiration of your 30-day opt out period. Counsels for the parties may agree to adjust these deadlines.
OR
Option Two: If neither you nor we elect to have your Claim heard in court consistent with Option One, then you agree that your Claim will be resolved as part of continuing, staged individual arbitration proceedings as set forth below. Assuming the number of remaining claims exceeds 100, then 100 claims shall be randomly selected (or selected through a process agreed to by counsels for the parties) to be filed and to proceed in individual arbitrations as part of a staged process. If the number of remaining claims is fewer than 100, then all of those claims will be filed and proceed in individual arbitrations. Any remaining claims will not be filed or be deemed filed in arbitration, nor will any arbitration fees be assessed in connection with those claims unless and until they are selected to be filed in individual arbitration proceedings as part of a staged process. After each set of 100 claims are adjudicated, settled, withdrawn, or otherwise resolved, this process shall repeat consistent with these parameters. Counsels for the parties are encouraged to meet and confer, participate in mediation, and engage with each other and with NAM (including through a Procedural Arbitrator, as such term is used in the NAM Rules) to explore ways to streamline the adjudication of claims, increase the number of claims to proceed at any given time, promote efficiencies, conserve resources, and resolve the remaining claims.
A court of competent jurisdiction shall have the authority to enforce these Mass Filing provisions and, if necessary, to enjoin the mass filing, prosecution, or administration of arbitrations and the assessment of arbitration fees. If these additional procedures apply to your Claim, and a court of competent jurisdiction determines that they are not enforceable as to your Claim, then your Claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction consistent with these Terms.
You and we agree that each party values the integrity and efficiency of arbitration and wishes to employ the process for the fair resolution of genuine and sincere disputes between the parties. You and we acknowledge and agree to act in good faith to ensure the processes set forth herein are followed. The parties further agree that application of these Mass Filing procedures have been reasonably designed to result in an efficient and fair adjudication of such cases. If any part of this Mass Arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the NAM rules, then the balance of this Mass Arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision was not contained herein unless the lack of such provision would lead this Mass Arbitration provision to fail of its essential purpose. If the staging process of this Mass Arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the NAM rules, then the remaining claims shall be subject to Option One or Option Two above as selected by you or Sponsor. If the Mass Filing provisions apply to your claim, and a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the Mass Filing provisions are not enforceable as to your claim, then your claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction on an individual basis (not a class or consolidated basis).
Governing Law. Except as otherwise prescribed herein, and subject to applicable law, these Terms and Conditions shall in all respects be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts or choice of law principles. Member and Sponsor agree that the Program involves interstate commerce so as to ensure the applicability of the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). In the event of a conflict between Delaware law and the FAA, the FAA shall govern. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in force.
Limitation of Liability. MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, ITS PARENT ENTITIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND THE PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, AGENTS AND/OR ASSIGNS OF EACH OF THEM BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER OR MEMBERS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, AGGRAVATED, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES HAS BEEN DISCLOSED TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING ENTITIES OR INDIVIDUALS, OR COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN BY ANY OF THEM. MEMBER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK RELIEF IN EXCESS OF THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SPECIFIED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.
II. Earning
A. Earning Generally
- a) Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points through Qualified Stays and Go Fast award stays at Participating Properties (as defined in Section I(6) above). For clarity, stays at Redemption Only Destinations do not earn points.
b) Members can also earn Wyndham Rewards points through third parties offering earning options through activities other than Qualified Stays and Go Fast awards, such as car rentals, travel activities, and purchases from participating merchants or service providers (occasionally referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Earning Participants”) in accordance with Sections II(C) through (I) below. Earning will vary by country. Please visit the "Earn" tab on www.wyndhamrewards.com or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here for more information. - In lieu of points, Members can earn Travel Partner Currency for Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels and Go Fast Award stays at Go Fast Award Participating Hotels in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, so long as they indicate within their Wyndham Rewards that they wish to do so. Because Travel Partner Currency cannot be earned for Qualified Stays at Participating Destinations or Participating Caesars Rewards Properties, however, even Members who elect to earn Travel Partner Currency will earn Wyndham Rewards points for Qualified Stays and Go Fast stays at such properties. Except to the extent Sponsor specifically provides otherwise, a Member may not earn more than one type of earning (e.g., without limiting the foregoing, if a Member elects to earn airline miles with a designated airline program, such Member may not earn Wyndham Rewards points or miles with any other airline program). If a Member does not complete his/her Wyndham Rewards profile or he/she does not indicate a preference in his/her profile, he/she will earn Wyndham Rewards points. If a Member wishes to change his/her earning option, he/she must do so before the stay in question via the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here. If a Member wishes to earn Travel Partner Currency, the member must provide his/her own participating partner travel program membership number when filling out his/her profile.
- Members are encouraged to provide their Wyndham Rewards membership number whenever booking stays, or purchasing goods or services from an Earning Participant in order to ensure the accrual of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency, but Members are required to provide their Wyndham Rewards membership number during the booking process for stays at Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Rewards Properties; if a Member fails to do so, points will not be earned for the applicable stay. If a Member believes they are missing points for a stay, it is the Member’s responsibility to contact Member Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Sponsor is not responsible for any missing points associated with a Qualified Stay, Go Fast award or options offered by an Earning Participant for which the Member’s member number was not provided and the Member has failed to contact Member Services.
- Once Travel Partner Currency in a designated participating partner travel program has been awarded to a Member, it cannot be exchanged for Travel Partner Currency in another participating partner travel program or converted into Wyndham Rewards points.
- The terms and conditions in effect at the time in question for the applicable participating partner travel program will govern the redemption and transfer of points or earnings in such programs.
- Wyndham Rewards points will usually be posted to a Member's account within two to four weeks after the activity through which they were earned, with the exception of points earned from Qualified Stays and the various forms of Go Fast awards at Participating Destinations and Participating Caesars Rewards Properties, which will usually be posted to a Member’s account within four to six weeks after such activity. Travel Partner Currency will usually be posted to a Member's account in the participating partner travel program within six to eight weeks after the earning activity, but is not under the control of Sponsor and will vary by program.
- If the proper number of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency is not posted to a Member's account, the Member must visit the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here within 12 months of the earning activity for proper point crediting. For points or Travel Partner Currency earned through stay activity, the Member may be required to provide his/her membership number, dates of applicable stay, name and address of the property at which the stay took place, and a copy of his/her bill.
B. Earning for Qualified Stays and Go Fast award stays at Participating Properties
- To earn Wyndham Rewards points (or, to the extent earnable for the applicable activity, Travel Partner Currency) pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, a Member must be a registered guest at a Participating Property, complete a Qualified Stay (see Section I(10) above) or a Go Fast stay at such property, and meet the other conditions of this Subsection (B). In the case of a Participating Caesars Rewards Property or Participating Destination, a Wyndham Rewards Member must provide his/her membership number to ensure that points are earned and posted appropriately. If a property ceases to be a Participating Property after a Member books his/her reservation, the stay will not qualify for the accrual of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
- A Member is eligible to earn Wyndham Rewards points for Qualified Stays and Go Fast award stays at Participating Properties pursuant to these Terms and Conditions for up to three (3) rooms/condos per night (provided that such Member’s Member number is associated with each such room/condo). Whether or not Travel Partner Currency may be earned for additional rooms (in the case of Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels and Go Fast Award stays at Go Fast Award Participating Hotels) will be determined by the terms and conditions governing the applicable participating partner’s travel program. Multiple room/condo stays can be processed in a variety of ways. To ensure that multiple room/condo stays are processed properly, please call Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here following check out. The Participating Property should be notified of any request to earn for additional rooms/condos at the time of check-in. If two or more Wyndham Rewards Members share a guestroom or condo, only the paying Member will be awarded Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency, as applicable.
- A new Member can automatically earn Base Points and Go Get ‘Em Points on Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels that occur within 30 days before a Member's enrollment date as long as the information provided at the time of enrollment matches the information included in such Qualified Stay's reservation information. Members cannot earn Travel Partner Currency for stays before enrollment.
- If the applicable Participating Property requires a credit card for a reservation for a stay that, if completed, would be deemed a Qualified Stay or a Go Fast award stay capable of earning points or Travel Partner Currency pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, the Member is a no-show, and such property charges his/her credit card for the first night of the no-show stay at the applicable rate (the “Charged No Show Night”), such night will be treated as if it had been a completed Qualified Stay or Go Fast award night (as applicable) in that the Member will receive Base Points (or, if applicable, Travel Partner Currency), for such Charged No Show Night as if he/she had stayed, but such Member will not receive (i) any bonus earnings available in connection with any promotion that may have been in effect for the Charged No Show Night, (ii) any Accelerated Earning Points (as defined in Section II(B)(6) below), or (iii) any Go Get ‘Em Points (as defined in Section II(B)(7) below).
- Wyndham Rewards Members who complete a Qualified Stay or any variety of Go Fast award stay at a Participating Property and who have elected to earn points in their Wyndham Rewards profile are eligible to receive Wyndham Rewards points as set forth below (such earnings, as noted in Section I(5) above, occasionally referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Base Points”).
- As more particularly set forth below, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members can receive Accelerated Earning Points on each Qualified Stay, which will be calculated as a percentage of the number of Base Points earned for such Qualified Stay pursuant to Section II(B)(5) above. For the avoidance of doubt, Accelerated Earning Points cannot be earned for Go Fast award stays at any property type, or any other type of stay other than a Qualified Stay. The percentage applied to determine Accelerated Earning Points will vary based on Member Level, as set forth below:
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Sections II(B)(5) and II(B)(6) of these Terms and Conditions, Members will receive a minimum of 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points per Qualified Stay, as more particularly described in this paragraph. If, pursuant to Sections II(B)(5) and II(B)(6), a Member’s Qualified Stay would result in earnings of less than 1,000 points, the Member will receive (a) the Base Points earned under Section II(B)(5), plus (b) if the Member has Gold, Platinum or Diamond Level, the Accelerated Earnings Points earned under Section II(B)(6), plus (c) an amount of points equal to 1,000 less the sum of such Base Points and Accelerated Earnings Points (the "Go Get ‘Em Points"). For example, if the room rate from a Gold Member’s one (1) night Qualified Stay at a Days Inn was $60, the Member would receive 1,000 points for that Qualified Stay because the Member earned 600 Base Points (60 x 10), (b) 60 Accelerated Earning Points (10% x 600), and (b) 340 Go Get ‘Em Points (1,000 - 660). If, however, the room rate from such Gold Member’s one night Qualified Stay was $91, the Member would not receive Go Get ‘Em Points because, pursuant to Sections II(B)(5) and II(B)(6), the sum of Base Points and Accelerated Earning Points earned for the stay would already exceed 1,000 (910 Base Points + 91 Accelerated Earnings Points = 1,001). For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Go Get ‘Em Points cannot be earned for Go Fast award stays or any other type of stay other than a Qualified Stay; and (ii) Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency in their member profile (instead of points) are not eligible to receive Go Get ‘Em Points or any additional Travel Partner Currency under this Section II(B)(7). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section II(B)(7), in the event a Member earns Base Points, and if applicable for such Member, Accelerated Earning Points, for multiple rooms/condos pursuant to Section II(B)(2), the determination of whether or not Go Get ‘Em Points are awardable will be made based on the aggregate number of Base Points and Accelerated Earning Points earned for such multiple rooms/condos (e.g., a Gold Member who has earned 350 Base Points and 35 Accelerated Earning Points for each of three (3) rooms on the same night pursuant to these Terms and Conditions would not earn Go Get ‘Em points because the total number of Base Points and Accelerated Earning Points earned by such Member (1,155) exceeds 1,000).
- For clarity, unless otherwise specifically set forth in the applicable offer, promotion or special rate terms and conditions, “multiplier” Promotional Points earned in connection with a Qualified Stay (i.e., Promotional Points determined by multiplying the number of points a Member otherwise would have earned from the Qualified Stay pursuant to these Terms and Conditions) (i) will be determined based solely on the number of Base Points earned from the Qualified Stay; (ii) will not be used in the determination of how many Accelerated Earning Points may be awardable for the Qualified Stay; and (iii) will not be used in the determination of whether or not Go Get ‘Em Points are awardable for the Qualified Stay. For example, if the room rate from a Platinum Member’s one night Qualified Stay at a Howard Johnson was $40, and the Member was registered for a then-ongoing promotion offering double points for such Qualified Stay, the Member would receive 1,400 points, calculated as follows: (i) 400 Base Points (40 x 10); plus (ii) 400 Promotional Points (because Promotion Points are determined based on the number of Base Points earned from the stay, and in this case, the promotion called for doubling of points); plus (iii) 60 Accelerated Earnings Points (15% x 400 Base Points); plus (iii) 540 Go Get ‘Em Points (1000 – 460 (i.e., the sum of the Base Points and the Accelerated Earnings Points)).

All versions of Wyndham Rewards Visa Card accounts can only be linked to one (1) Wyndham Rewards Member number, and there is a limit of one (1) Member number per person. Multiple Wyndham Rewards Visa accounts in different names cannot earn against one (1) Member number; each account must be assigned to its own Member number. Only authorized users on the same Wyndham Rewards Visa account can earn points toward one (1) Member number.
Capitalized terms used without definition in this Section II(D) will have the meanings assigned to them in Wyndham Rewards Earner® Card Terms and Conditions, Wyndham Rewards Earner® Plus Card Terms and Conditions and/or the Wyndham Rewards Earner® Business Card Terms and Conditions, as applicable
E. Buy and Gift Wyndham Rewards Points through Points.com
Wyndham Rewards Members who are registered with Points.com, Inc. ("Points.com") may purchase and gift Wyndham Rewards points by submitting a request online and complying with the requirements listed below and in the Points.com terms and conditions. Points.com is operated by Points.com, Inc.
- Members must be in good standing with the Wyndham Rewards Program in order to purchase Wyndham Rewards points from Points.com.
- A Member's purchase or gift request shall not be effective until accepted by Points.com. Acceptance by Points.com shall be evidenced only by the actual delivery of points into your Points.com and Wyndham Rewards accounts or the person you have given points to. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Points.com reserves the right to revoke or cancel any acceptance and cancel and reverse transactions as set forth below.
- Purchases of points are non-refundable.
- Any purchased points will not count toward qualification for any increased or improved status in the Wyndham Rewards Program. The purchase of points is not a guarantee of the availability of any Wyndham Rewards redemption options and Points.com shall have no liability or responsibility where you are unable to use or redeem any purchased points.
- You may purchase up to 100,000 points per calendar year from Points.com for your own account or as a gift to another Member, and no Member may receive more than 100,000 points per calendar year as a gift from other Points.com users (i.e., no Member may purchase, receive or gift more than 100,000 points per calendar year).
- You may not sell, barter or otherwise conduct any unauthorized distribution of any points purchased from Points.com hereunder. If any points purchased by you are resold, distributed or used for improper purposes as determined by Points.com in its sole and absolute discretion, or obtained through credit card abuse or fraud or other illegal means, Points.com may, at its option and with the assistance of Wyndham Rewards, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate such points and pursue any and all other rights and remedies that may be available.
Additionally, you agree that Points.com may debit your Wyndham Rewards account or the Wyndham Rewards account you have given points to in connection with the foregoing. You agree to fully cooperate with all reasonable requests of Points.com and Sponsor concerning any investigation or prosecution of anyone engaging in or suspected of engaging in abuse or fraud with respect to the sale of points hereunder.
- You agree to pay Points.com in full by credit card prior to any points being posted to your Wyndham Rewards Program account or the account of the person you have purchased them for. By submitting a request to purchase points you authorize Points.com or its representative to charge the credit card number you provided.
- You agree that the awarding and use of all points, including those purchased from Points.com hereunder, are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the Wyndham Rewards Program, and that Sponsor has the sole and exclusive authority and responsibility for operating, modifying, terminating and establishing the terms and conditions applicable to the Wyndham Rewards Program. Points.com shall have no liability or responsibility to you for, and has no obligation to notify you of, any action, inaction or decision taken by Sponsor. You hereby agree not to make any claim against Points.com for any action, inaction or decision taken by the Sponsor. Points.com shall not be treated as the agent of Sponsor for any purpose.
Member shall indemnify, defend and hold Points.com and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all losses, obligations, claims, damages, demands, liabilities, suits, actions, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever incurred, suffered or borne by or asserted against any such persons in any way relating to, arising out of or resulting from (i) Member's use of or participation in the Wyndham Rewards Program, (ii) Member's performance or failure to perform hereunder or (iii) any breach by Member of these Points.com terms and conditions.
F. Earning Points through the Opinion Rewards Panel (applicable in the United States only)
Wyndham Rewards Members that become new members of the Opinion Rewards Panel by Dynata, LLC ("Dynata Program") can receive 500 Wyndham Rewards points when they join and complete their first survey within 90 days of joining Opinion Rewards Panel. By participating in on-going surveys through the Dynata Program, Members can earn additional Wyndham Rewards points by completing online surveys. Dynata’s Terms and Conditions apply to the Dynata Program. Dynata Program is a panel maintained and operated by Dynata, LLC (f/k/a Survey Sampling International, LLC). H. Earning Points for Tours & Activities

I. Transferring Miles/Points – Participating Bank Loyalty Programs (Varies by country)
Wyndham Rewards Members who are also members of participating bank loyalty programs can transfer their bank loyalty program miles/points to Wyndham Rewards points. The transfer ratio of such miles/points varies by participating bank loyalty program, and the availability of such bank loyalty program and the associated transfer varies by country. III. Redeeming
A. Redeeming Generally
- Members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points for the various forms of Go Free Awards more particularly described in Sections III(C-1) through (E-2) below, and the select forms of Go Fast Awards more particularly described in Sections III(G-1) through (I) below;
- Points will be deducted from the Member's account at the time the redemption request is made.
- All redemptions are final and rewards may not be returned for credit except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
- All rewards are subject to availability and certain conditions and limitations established by the applicable Rewards Participant that are in effect at the time of redemption, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Expiration and blackout dates may apply. Members may not be able to combine rewards with other discounts or special offers of Rewards Participants. Please refer to the "Redeem" tab on the Wyndham Rewards website, the applicable Rewards Participant's website, all applicable Terms and Conditions, and/or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here for further information.
- Only Wyndham Rewards Members can redeem points in their accounts. Certain rewards must be shipped to the Member's address on file in the Program and Members cannot designate an alternative address for such rewards. Upon the request of a Member, airline tickets and all varieties of Go Free Awards and Go Fast Awards can be issued in the name of any person designated by the Member (a “Member Designee”); provided, however, that each Member Designee is explicitly prohibited from further transfer of the applicable reward, and, unless otherwise expressly permitted by, as applicable, the airline ticket issuer or Wyndham Rewards, the redeeming Member may not substitute a new designee for the Member Designee after the initial issuance or booking has been made. Except as specifically permitted by the foregoing sentence, Members may not transfer, sell, barter or otherwise conduct any distribution of any reward or other item received in exchange for the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points (including, without limitation, any and all types of Go Free and Go Fast awards). If a Member transfers, sells, barters, distributes or uses any reward or other item received in exchange for the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise for improper purposes, in each case, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor may, at its option, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate the applicable reward or item, terminate such Member’s Member Account and/or pursue any and all other rights and remedies that may be available to it at law or in equity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and except as may be prohibited by specific terms and conditions set forth thereon or which otherwise govern their use, gift certificates are not personalized and can be used by any person.
- Rewards will not be replaced or reissued, nor points re-credited to a Member's account if the reward is lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. Sponsor and its affiliates, Rewards Participants and contractors will not be responsible for rewards or correspondence which are lost or delayed by the U.S. Mail or by another delivery service. Once airline tickets or any other travel documents have been issued, it will be the Member's responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier and to pay any change fees or other penalties that might be imposed if he/she wants to change his/her itinerary.
- When a Member redeems a reward from a Rewards Participant who is also an Earning Participant under the Program, the Member will not earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency on such activity.
- Rewards may change from time to time. For the most up-to-date list of rewards, see the "Redeem" tab on the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here. Rewards will be offered at pre-determined point levels, set forth on the Rewards Schedule.
Members can also redeem Wyndham Rewards points for the other rewards listed on the "Redeem" tab found on the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here. Wyndham Rewards points are not redeemable for cash. Redemption may vary by country. Please visit the "Redeem" tab on www.wyndhamrewards.com for more information.
B. Go Free
Members can redeem points for free nights at Participating Hotels, Participating Caesars Rewards Properties, Participating Destinations, Vacasa Vacation Rentals and Redemption Cottages, as more particularly described in this Section III(B) and in Sections III(C-1) through III(E) below. The number of points required for a free night varies by property, and depends on whether or not a Member is a Wyndham Rewards Earner Card, Wyndham Rewards Earner Plus Card or Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Card account holder; the point redemption level required of a Member who does not hold such a credit card account will hereinafter occasionally be referred to individually as a property’s “Standard Redemption Amount”. Subject to all Terms and Conditions, effective September 29, 2020, any Member with a Wyndham Rewards Earner Card, Wyndham Rewards Earner Plus Card or Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Card account that is approved, open and in good standing (each, an “Earner Cardmember”), is eligible to receive a 10% discount on the Standard Redemption Amount (the “Redemption Discount”). The Redemption Discount for Go Free awards becomes available within approximately 24-48 hours after the applicable credit card account has been opened, and thereafter is available for individual bookings only, cannot be applied to reservations made prior to a Member becoming an Earner Cardmember and can only be redeemed by the primary cardmember on the Earner Cardmember account.
B-1. Go Free awards – Certain Information About Cancellation, Changes and Points Forfeiture
If a Member cancels his/her reservation for any variety of Go Free award in accordance with the cancellation policy of the applicable property, all points redeemed for such award will automatically be returned to his/her account (provided they have not expired as of the date of such cancellation); reservation cancellations made outside of the applicable cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of all points redeemed for such reservation. If a change or cancellation is made on a Go Free award reservation after some or all of the points redeemed for such award have expired, the expired points (a) will be forfeited; (b) will not be usable in connection with the modified reservation (in the case of a change), any future reservation or for any other purpose; and (c) will not be re-credited to the Member's account, even in cases where the change or cancellation has been made in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
In the event of a Go Free award reservation where there is a no-show, partial use or cancellation in violation of the property’s cancellation policy, all points redeemed for such award will be forfeited and will not be re-credited to the Member’s account.
B-2. Go Free awards - Qualifying Nights but not Qualified Stays
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary that may be contained in these Terms and Conditions, Go Free award nights qualify as Qualifying Nights for the purpose of obtaining a Member Level but do not earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency. Additionally, for the sake of clarity, any incidental charges (i.e., charges that may or may not be incurred by a guest depending on his or her activities at the property, such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, movie rentals, and room service) which would earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency when purchased in connection with a Qualified Stay or Go Fast award stay at Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Garden and Dolce Participating Hotels, do not earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency when purchased in connection with a Go Free award stay at such Participating Hotels.
B-3. Go Free awards - Benefits Subject to Change and/or Termination
Without limiting any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions applicable to any or all varieties of Go Free award (including without limitation, by changing the number of points required for use), and/or terminate this portion of the Program in its entirety, at any time without notice.
B-4. Go Free awards – other terms and conditions vary by property type.
Please note that, other than the terms and conditions set forth in Sections III(B-1) through (B-3) above, which apply to all varieties of Go Free award, the terms applicable to Go Free awards vary by property type; accordingly, please be sure to consult the correct Section below for more important information that will govern your use of points for a free stay, including, without limitation, information about blackout dates, fees and additional information about reservation cancellations. If you don’t know which Section below (i.e., III(C-1), (C-2), (D-1), (D-2), (E-1) or (E-2)) applies to the property you would like to book, please call Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here.
C-1. Go Free Awards for Participating Hotels (for clarity, this Section does not apply to Trademark/Caesars co-branded properties; Go Free awards for such properties are governed by Section III(C-2))
- Redemption Levels: The Standard Redemption Amount (i.e., the amount of Wyndham Rewards points that must be redeemed by Members who are not Earner Cardmembers) for one (1) free night at a Participating Hotel (with the exception of Caesars Trademark Participating Hotels), subject to availability, with no blackout dates (a "Go Free Award"), is 7,500, 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points (depending on property). Earner Cardmembers can use the Redemption Discount to redeem 6,750, 13,500 or 27,000 Wyndham Rewards points for one (1) Go Free Award.
- Booking Information for Earner Cardmembers:
a. To redeem points for a Go Free Award online or on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app, an Earner Cardmember’s Wyndham Rewards account balance must meet or exceed the Standard Redemption Amount for a Go Free Award at the desired Participating Hotel. For example, if an Earner Cardmember wishes to obtain one (1) Go Free Award at a Participating Hotel whose Standard Redemption Amount is 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points, such Earner Cardmember’s Wyndham Rewards account must contain at least 15,000 points even though such Earner Cardmember is required to redeem only 13,500 points for the Go Free Award. An Earner Cardmember whose Wyndham Rewards account balance falls short of the Standard Redemption Amount for his or her desired Participating Hotel, but contains enough points for a Go Free Award there with the Redemption Discount, can obtain the Go Free Award by contacting Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here.
b. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section III(C-1), to be eligible for the Redemption Discount for a Go Free Award, an Earner Cardmember must be logged into their Wyndham Rewards Member account at the time of online booking, or have provided their valid Wyndham Rewards Member account number to the agent assisting with the reservation via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or participating Hotel Chain.
c. When booking a Go Free Award with the Redemption Discount on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, the number of points needed to obtain a Go Free Award without the Redemption Discount will be displayed; however, only the number of points required after application of the Redemption Discount will actually be withdrawn from an Earner Cardmember’s account. - The number of Wyndham Rewards points required to obtain a Go Free Award at a particular Participating Hotel (i.e., 7,500, 15,000 or 30,000 for Members who are not Earner Cardmembers and, 6,750, 13,500 or 27,000 for Earner Cardmembers) is based on the redemption tier of such hotel. For up-to-date redemption tier information, visit Our Locations to conduct a search. Except as otherwise set forth below, a Go Free Award is valid only for the room rate for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room (or, in the case of a Participating Hotel that exclusively offers all-inclusive rates (occasionally referred to hereinafter as an “All-Inclusive Participating Hotel”) up to two (2) guests), including local taxes and resort/facility fees (i.e., fees charged by certain properties in connection with every guest's stay that are associated with the use of such property's equipment, amenities and/or facilities) but not including incidental charges (i.e., charges that may or may not be incurred by a guest depending on his or her activities at the property, such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, movie rentals and room service). Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Go Free Award at an All-Inclusive Participating Hotel includes the room rate plus meals and any other amenities that may be included in the all-inclusive rate. At Participating Hotels where a Go Free Award covers the stay of only up to two (2) guests, fees and taxes will apply to any additional guests’ use of the room. Members must contact the applicable hotel for details. Go Free Awards are typically not offered at Participating Hotels that offer all-inclusive rates in addition to standard room rates; however, Participating Hotels that offer such rates may offer a Go Fee Award in connection therewith from time to time. The extent to which any such Go Free Award would apply to such rates will vary, and may differ from the terms and conditions set forth above in this paragraph; Members must contact the applicable property for details.
- The Go Free Award is valid only for the specific hotel requested when the points are redeemed. Points will be withdrawn from the Member’s Wyndham Rewards account at the time of booking a Go Free Award, and certain arrival and departure restrictions may apply.
- A Member who wishes to cancel a previously booked Go Free Award must do so by the earlier of (a) 4:00 pm the day before a Member’s scheduled check-in date (in the time zone of the Participating Hotel), and (b) the applicable Participating Hotel’s deadline. For clarity, Participating Hotels may have policies that require cancellation prior to 4:00 pm the day before a Member’s scheduled check-in date; in such cases, the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy will govern. The cancellation policy applicable to a Member’s Go Free Award will be displayed, in the case of an online reservation, or explained, in the case of a reservation made with Member Services, prior to finalization of the reservation.
- Multiple Go Free Awards can be combined for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability. Go Free Awards may also be used in succession with Go Fast Awards for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability, but may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or promotion for the stay. At its discretion, a Participating Hotel may require a guest who is using Go Free Awards and Go Fast Awards in succession to check out and check back in between award nights.
- A Participating Hotel's minimum length of stay requirement must be adhered to when a Member redeems Wyndham Rewards points for Go Free Awards at such Participating Hotel. In any case where a Member uses a Go Free Award where there is a minimum length of stay requirement, such Member must pay for the remaining nights, and/or or use additional Go Free Awards and/or Go Fast Awards pursuant to Section III(G-1) for such nights, to the extent available to such Member pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- A Member may book a Go Free Award in the name of another guest, by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here, or by booking the Go Free Award online in the staying guest’s name. The staying guest in whose name the Go Free Award is booked is explicitly prohibited from further conveyance of the Go Free Award.

- Redemption Levels: The Standard Redemption Amount (i.e., the amount of Wyndham Rewards points that must be redeemed by Members who are not Earner Cardmembers) for one (1) free night at a Participating Caesars Rewards Property, subject to availability (a “Caesars Go Free Award”) is 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points (depending on property). Earner Cardmembers can use the Redemption Discount to redeem 13,500 or 27,000 Wyndham Rewards points for one (1) Caesars Go Free Award.
- Booking Information for Earner Cardmembers:
a) To redeem points for a Caesars Go Free Award online and on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app, an Earner Cardmember’s Wyndham Rewards account balance must meet or exceed the Standard Redemption Amount for a Caesars Go Free Award at the desired Participating Caesars Rewards Property. For example, if an Earner Cardmember wishes to obtain one (1) Caesars Go Free Award at a Participating Caesars Rewards Property whose Standard Redemption Amount is 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points, such Earner Cardmember’s Wyndham Rewards account must contain at least 15,000 points even though such Earner Cardmember is required to redeem only 13,500 points for the Caesars Go Free Award. - Reservations for Caesars Go Free Awards are subject to availability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, blackout dates/rates apply to Caesars Go Free Awards and will vary by property and time of year, and Caesars Go Free Awards are never available for Saturday night stays at either Caesars Palace Las Vegas or Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace. Members can book Caesars Go Free Awards via www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, www.wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App or the applicable Member Services telephone number provided here.
- Caesars Go Free Awards may be used in succession with each other for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability (but can’t be used in succession with Caesars Go Fast Awards (as described in Section III(G-2) below). Caesars Go Free Awards may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for the stay.
- Caesars Go Free Awards do not include resort fees, optional services (such as, but not limited to, parking or pet fees) or incidental charges (such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls or movie rentals). Resorts fees are charged per room, per night and vary by property. Contact the applicable property directly for specific fee amounts.
- A Member may book a Caesars Go Free Award in the name of another guest, by booking on behalf of the staying guest via the applicable Wyndham Rewards number provided here or by booking the Caesars Go Free Award online in the name of the staying guest. The staying guest in whose name the Caesars Go Free Award is booked will be responsible for payment of the resort fees associated with the Caesars Go Free Award at time of check-in. The staying guest in whose name the Go Free Award is booked is explicitly prohibited from further conveyance of the Caesars Go Free Award.
- Points will be withdrawn from the Member’s Wyndham Rewards account at the time of booking a Caesars Go Free Award.
- The cancellation policy applicable to any booking at a Participating Caesars Rewards Property is determined by such property. As such, cancellation policies vary by property and time of year. Members in the U.S. and Canada must contact Wyndham Rewards at the applicable telephone number provided here.
Any regular paid nights booked as part of a stay that includes Caesars Go Free Award nights, if cancelled within the applicable property’s cancellation policy, may be cancelled without penalty by calling the applicable telephone number provided here or visiting www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards. Any changes to, or cancellation of such regular paid nights occurring outside of the applicable property’s cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of the one-night deposit, including taxes, paid at the time of the booking.
D-1. Go Free Condo Awards for Participating Destinations
- Redemption Levels: The Standard Redemption Amount (i.e., the amount of Wyndham Rewards points that must be redeemed by Members who are not Earner Cardmembers) for one (1) free night at a condo, subject to availability (a “Go Free Condo Award”) is 7,500, 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per condo (depending on property). Earner Cardmembers can use the Redemption Discount to redeem 6,750, 13,500 or 27,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom for one (1) Go Free Condo Award at a Participating Destination.
- Booking Information for Earner Cardmembers:
a) To redeem points for a Go Free Condo Award at a Participating Destination online and on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app, an Earner Cardmember’s Wyndham Rewards account balance must meet or exceed the Standard Redemption Amount for a Go Free Condo Award at the desired Participating Destination. For example, if an Earner Cardmember wishes to obtain one (1) Go Free Condo Award at a one bedroom Participating Destination whose Standard Redemption Amount is 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom, such Earner Cardmember’s Wyndham Rewards account must contain at least 15,000 points even though such Earner Cardmember is required to redeem only 13,500 points for the Go Free Condo Award there. An Earner Cardmember whose Wyndham Rewards account balance falls short of the Standard Redemption Amount at his or her desired Participating Destination, but contains enough points for a Go Free Condo Award there with the Redemption Discount, can obtain the Go Free Condo Award by contacting the applicable Wyndham Rewards Wyndham Vacation Clubs number provided below in Section III(D-1)(9)(b).
b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section III(D-1), to be eligible for the Redemption Discount for a Go Free Condo Award, an Earner Cardmember must be logged into their Wyndham Rewards Member account at the time of online booking, or have provided their valid Member account number to the agent assisting with the reservation via the applicable Wyndham Rewards Wyndham Vacation Clubs number provided below in Section III(D-1)(9)(b).
c) When booking a Go Free Condo Award with the Redemption Discount at a Participating Destination on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, the number of points needed to obtain a Go Free Condo Award at a Participating Destination without the Redemption Discount will be displayed; however, only the number of points required after application of the Redemption Discount will actually be withdrawn from an Earner Cardmember’s account. - The number of Wyndham Rewards points required to obtain a Go Free Condo Award at a particular Participating Destination (i.e., 7,500, 15,000 or 30,000 per bedroom per unit for Members who are not Earner Cardmembers and 6,750, 13,500 or 27,000 per bedroom per unit for Earner Cardmembers) is based on the redemption tier of such property. - Reservations for Go Free Condo Awards at Participating Destinations are subject to availability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, blackout dates/rates apply to Go Free Condo Awards at Participating Destinations and will vary by property and time of year. Further, Go Free Condo Awards are only available for a limited number of units at each Participating Destination. Minimum stay of two consecutive nights is required at all Participating Destinations; such requirement must be adhered to when a Member redeems Wyndham Rewards points for a Go Free Condo Award at any Participating Destination. Members with a sufficient number of points to redeem for Go Free Condo Award(s) at a Participating Destination for only one (1) night have the option to do so, and pay for the remainder of the stay at prevailing rates. Such rates and any fees associated with the paid portion of the stay are subject to the booking policy of Club Wyndham. In the case of a stay with a paid portion at a Participating Destination, a non-refundable deposit for the first paid night, including tax, is payable at the time of booking.

Any regular paid nights booked as part of a stay that includes Go Free Condo Award nights at Participating Destination may be cancelled without penalty by calling Wyndham Rewards Wyndham Vacation Clubs at 1-800-809-6480 up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check-in. Any changes to, or cancellation of such regular paid nights occurring less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check in will result in forfeiture of the one-night deposit, including taxes, paid at the time of the booking.
D-2. Go Free Awards for Vacasa Vacation Rentals
- Redemption Levels: The Standard Redemption Amount (i.e., the amount of Wyndham Rewards points that must be redeemed by Members who are not Earner Cardmembers) for one (1) free night at a Vacasa Vacation Rental (as defined below), subject to availability (a “Vacasa Go Free Award” is 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per vacation rental (depending on property), subject to availability. Earner Cardmembers can use the Redemption Discount to redeem 13,500 or 27,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom for one (1) Vacasa Go Free Award, subject to availability. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Vacasa Vacation Rentals” means all vacation rentals then offered by Vacasa LLC.

Other Redemption Cottages may require long lead times to cancel or change a reservation and/or allow for only partial return of points, partial reimbursement of any advanced payments and/or partial forgiveness of any amounts payable, as applicable, in the event of a cancellation or change to such reservation. F. Go Fast
Members can combine the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points with the payment of cash for free nights at Go Fast Participating Hotels (as defined in Section III(G-1) below), Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Properties (as defined in Section III(G-2) below), Participating Destinations, as more particularly described in this Section III(F) and Section III(H) below.
F-1. Go Fast awards – Certain Information About Cancellation, Changes and Point Forfeiture
If a Member cancels his/her reservation for any variety of Go Fast award through Wyndham Rewards Member Services or online at WyndhamRewards.com in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy of the applicable property, all points redeemed for such award will automatically be returned to his/her account (provided they have not expired as of the date of such cancellation); reservation cancellations made outside of the applicable cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of all points for such reservation and an obligation for Member to pay the cash portion of the cancelled award reservation. If a change or cancellation is made on a Go Fast award reservation after some or all of the points redeemed for such award have expired, the expired points (a) will be forfeited; (b) will not be usable in connection with the modified reservation (in the case of a change), any future reservation or for any other purpose; and (c) will not be re-credited to the Member's account, even in cases where the change or cancellation has been made in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
In the event of a Go Fast award reservation where there is a no-show, partial use or cancellation in violation of the property’s cancellation policy, all points redeemed for such award will be forfeited and will not be re-credited to the Member’s account, and Member will be held responsible for payment of the cash portion of the cancelled award reservation.
F-2. Go Fast awards - Qualifying Nights but Not Qualified Stays
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary that may be contained in these Terms and Conditions, Go Fast award nights qualify as Qualifying Nights for the purpose of obtaining a Member Level but (i) only Go Fast awards at Participating Properties can earn Wyndham Rewards points and (ii) only Go Fast Awards at Go Fast Award Participating Hotels can earn Travel Partner Currency. In addition, one (1) Go Fast Condo Award used at a Participating Destination qualifies as one (1) Qualifying Night regardless of the number of bedrooms within the applicable property. Please allow up to sixty (60) days from your date of departure for your Go Fast Condo Award to appear as a Qualifying Night in the Member Level section of your Member account.
F-3. Go Fast awards – Benefits Subject to Change And/Or Termination
Without limiting any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions applicable to any or all varieties of Go Fast awards (including without limitation, by changing the number of points required for use), and/or terminate this portion of the Program in its entirety, at any time without notice.

Please note that, other than the terms and conditions set forth in Sections III(F-1) through (F-3) above, which apply to all varieties of Go Fast award, the terms applicable to Go Fast nights vary by property type; accordingly, please be sure to consult the correct Section below for important information that will govern your use of points for this type of award, including, without limitation, information about blackout dates, fees and additional information about reservation cancellations. G-1. Go Fast Awards for Go Fast Award Participating Hotels (for clarity, this Section does not apply to Trademark/Caesars co-branded properties; Go Fast awards for such properties are governed by Section II(G-2))
- In addition, or as an alternative, to redeeming points for a Go Free Award, Members may be eligible to combine the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points with the payment of cash for stays at Go Fast Award Participating Hotels (as defined below) (a "Go Fast Award"). Not all Participating Hotels participate in the Go Fast Award program at all times. In addition, certain TRYP by Wyndham hotels do not participate in the Go Fast Award program at any time. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "Go Fast Award Participating Hotel" means any Participating Hotel then offering a Go Fast Award as described herein.
- A Member has the option to redeem 1,500, 3,000 or 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points and pay cash to obtain a Go Fast Award at a Go Fast Award Participating Hotel, subject to availability. The number of points required to obtain a Go Fast Award at a particular Go Fast Award Participating Hotel (i.e., 1,500 points, 3,000 points or 6,000 points) is based on the redemption tier of such property. Except as otherwise set forth below, a Go Fast Award is valid only for the room rate (excluding taxes) for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room (or, in the case of an All-Inclusive Participating Hotel, up to two (2) guests). Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Go Fast Award at an All-Inclusive Participating Hotel includes the room rate (excluding taxes) plus meals and other amenities that may be included in the all-inclusive rate. At Participating Hotels where a Go Fast Award covers the stay of only up to two (2) guests, fees and taxes will apply to any additional guests’ use of the room. Members must contact the applicable Participating Hotel for details. A Go Fast Award does not include incidental charges (such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, movie rentals and room service). Go Fast Awards are typically not offered at Participating Hotels that offer all-inclusive rates in addition to standard room rates; however, Go Fast Award Participating Hotels that offer such rates may offer a Go Fast Award in connection therewith from time to time. The extent to which any such Go Fast Award would apply to such rates will vary, and may differ from the terms and conditions set forth above in this paragraph; Members must contact the applicable property for details. The amount of cash required for a Go Fast Award at any given Go Fast Award Participating Hotel will vary by Go Fast Award Participating Hotel. Members may perform a hotel search on http://www.wyndhamrewards.com to determine whether a Participating Hotel is a Go Fast Award Participating Hotel on the Member's desired dates, and for more information on a Go Fast Award Participating Hotel's applicable cash payment levels. The cash portion of the Go Fast Award must be paid in the Go Fast Award Participating Hotel's local currency, and can be made with any form of payment accepted by the Participating Hotel, which may include cash, credit card and/or check.
- Go Fast Awards are valid only for the specific Go Fast Award Participating Hotel requested when redeemed. The points redemption required for a Go Fast Award occurs at time of reservation, and the cash payment required for a Go Fast Award will be made at check-out. Certain arrival and departure restrictions may apply to use a Go Fast Award. Rooms are subject to availability.
- A Member who wishes to cancel a previously booked Go Fast Award must do so by the earlier of (a) 4:00 pm the day before a Member’s scheduled check-in date (in the time zone of the Participating Hotel), and (b) the applicable Participating Hotel’s deadline. For clarity, Participating Hotels may have policies that require cancellation prior to 4:00 pm the day before a Member’s scheduled check-in date; in such cases, the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy will govern. The cancellation policy applicable to a Member’s Go Fast Award will be displayed, in the case of an online reservation, or explained, in the case of a reservation made with Member Services, prior to finalization of the reservation. See Section III(F-1) for more information on the cancellation of Go Fast awards.
- Multiple Go Fast Awards can be combined for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability. Go Fast Awards may also be used in succession with Go Free Awards for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability. At its discretion, a Participating Hotel may require a guest who is using Go Fast Awards and Go Free Awards in succession to check out and check back in between award nights. Go Fast Awards may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for the stay.
- A Go Fast Award Participating Hotel's minimum length of stay requirement must be adhered to when a Member uses a Go Fast Award at such Go Fast Award Participating Hotel. In any case where a Member uses a Go Fast Award where there is a minimum stay requirement, such Member must pay for the remaining nights, and/or or use additional Go Fast Awards and/or Go Free Awards for such nights, to the extent available to such Member pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- A Member may book a Go Fast Award in the name of another guest by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here, or by booking the Go Fast Award online, on behalf of such other guest. The person to whom the Go Fast Award has been transferred will be responsible for the cash payment at check-out; however, the Member whose points were redeemed for the Go Fast Award will receive any Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency, as applicable, that are awardable for it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The staying guest in whose name the Go Fast award is booked is explicitly prohibited from further conveyance of the Go Fast Award.
- Total cash value Member will be charged in addition to Wyndham Rewards points redeemed for the Go Fast Award will be shown during the booking process before purchase.

The Go Fast Award is valid for the room rate for one single or double standard hotel room up to the maximum occupancy of the room (or, in the case of an All-Inclusive Participating Hotel, up to a maximum of two (2) guests). Taxes and fees are not included.
Credit card is required to book a Go Fast Award.
All other charges and expenses must be paid for by the Member, except at All-Inclusive Participating Hotels, in which case a Go Fast Award also includes meals and other amenities for up to two (2) guests.

G-2. Caesars Go Fast Awards for Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Properties (for clarity, this Section applies to Go Fast awards at any Caesars brand property that participates in Wyndham Rewards, including, without limitation, Trademark/Caesars co-branded properties)
- As an alternative to redeeming points for a Caesars Go Free Award, Members may be eligible to combine the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points with the payment of cash for stays at Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Properties (as defined below) (a "Caesars Go Fast Award"). Not all Participating Caesars Rewards Properties participate in the Caesars Go Fast Award program at all times. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Properties" means any Participating Caesars Rewards Property/ies then offering a Caesars Go Fast Award as described herein.
- A Member has the option to redeem 3,000 or 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points and pay cash to obtain a Caesars Go Fast Award, subject to availability. The number of points required to obtain a Caesars Go Fast Award at a particular Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Property (i.e., 3,000 points or 6,000 points) is based on the redemption tier of such property. For up-to-date redemption tier information, visit to conduct a search. A Caesars Go Fast Award is valid only for the room rate (excluding taxes) for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room. A Caesars Go Fast Award does not include resort fees (i.e., per room fees charged by Participating Caesars Rewards Properties each night of a guest’s stay for the guest’s potential use of a property's equipment, amenities and/or facilities) or incidental charges (i.e., charges that may or may not be incurred by a guest depending on his or her activities at the property, such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, movie rentals and room service). The amount of cash required for a Caesars Go Fast Award will vary by Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Property. Members may perform a hotel search on http://www.wyndhamrewards.com to determine whether a Participating Caesars Rewards Property is a Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Property on the Member's desired dates, and for more information on a Caesars Go Fast Award Participating property's applicable cash payment levels. In the case of a stay that consists only of Caesars Go Fast Award nights, an advanced deposit in an amount equal to the applicable cash amount payable for the first night’s stay (plus applicable taxes), made by credit card, is required at time of booking, with the remaining balance for the stay due at time of check-in. In the case of a stay that includes one or more Caesars Go Fast Award nights and one or more fully paid nights, a deposit for the first fully paid night, including tax, is payable at the time of booking. All amounts owed in connection with a Caesars Go Fast Award must be paid in the Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Property's local currency, and can be made with any form of payment accepted by the applicable property, which may include cash, credit card and/or check.
- Caesars Go Fast Awards may be used in succession with each other for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability (but can’t be used in succession with Caesars Go Free Awards (as described in Section III(C-2) above). Caesars Go Fast Awards may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for the stay.
- Caesars Go Fast Awards do not include resort fees, optional services (such as, but not limited to, parking or pet fees) or incidental charges (such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls or movie rentals). Resorts fees are charged per room per night and vary by property. Contact the applicable property directly for specific fee amounts. Caesars Go Fast Awards are valid only for the specific Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Property requested when redeemed. The points redemption required for a Caesars Go Fast Award, along with the payment of the deposit described in Section III(G-2)(2) above, occurs at time of reservation.
- A Member may book a Caesars Go Fast Award in the name of another guest, by booking on behalf of such other guest, either via the applicable Wyndham Rewards telephone number provided here, or by booking the Caesars Go Fast Award online, and paying the deposit described in Section III(G-2)(2) above. The person to whom the Caesars Go Fast Award has been transferred will be responsible for the payment of the remaining balance for the stay at time of check-in; however, the Member whose points were redeemed for the Caesars Go Fast Award will receive any Wyndham Rewards points that are awardable for it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The staying guest in whose name the Caesars Go Fast Award is booked is explicitly prohibited from further conveyance of the Go Fast Award.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary that may be contained in these Terms and Conditions, Caesars Go Fast Award nights qualify as Qualifying Nights for the purpose of obtaining a Member Level. Please allow up to sixty (60) days from your date of departure for your Caesars Go Fast Award to display as a Qualifying Night in your Member account.
- The cancellation policy applicable to any booking at a Caesars Go Fast Award Participating Property is determined by such property. As such, cancellation policies vary by property and time of year. Members in the U.S. and Canada must contact Wyndham Rewards at 1-866-996-737 for the applicable cancellation policy; Members outside of the US and Canada must use the applicable telephone number provided here for Wyndham Rewards Member Services to inquire.
Any regular paid nights booked as part of a stay that includes Caesars Go Fast Award nights, if cancelled within the applicable property’s cancellation policy, may be cancelled without penalty by calling Wyndham Rewards at 1-866-996-7937 or visiting www.wyndhamrewards.com. Any changes to, or cancellation of such regular paid nights occurring outside of the applicable Participating Caesars Rewards Property’s cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of the one-night deposit, including taxes, paid at the time of the booking. See Section III(F-1) for more information regarding cancellation of Go Fast awards.
H. Go Fast Condo Awards for Participating Destinations
- Members can also redeem 1,500, 3,000 or 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points and pay cash per bedroom per condo for a night (a “Go Fast Condo Award”) at Participating Destinations, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section H. The number of points required to redeem a Go Fast Condo Award at a particular Participating Destination (i.e., 1,500 points per bedroom, 3,000 points per bedroom or 6,000 points per bedroom) is based on the redemption tier of such property. For up-to-date redemption tier information, visit to conduct a search. Because a “Go Fast Condo Award” at a Participating Destination requires the use of 1,500 points or 3,000 points or 6,000 points plus cash per bedroom per unit a Go Fast Condo Award night at a multi-bedroom unit will require the use of more than 1,500 points, 3,000 points or 6,000 points, as applicable. For example, a night at a two (2) bedroom Participating Destination in a redemption tier that requires 3,000 points per bedroom per unit will require use of 6,000 points plus a cash payment. For clarity, a Go Fast Condo Award at a Participating Destination cannot be obtained unless the Member has enough points for all bedrooms within the applicable unit; a Member cannot redeem points for less than all bedrooms and pay for the remaining bedrooms. A Go Fast Condo Award covers a portion of the room rate only, excluding taxes. Maximum occupancy limits apply.
- Reservations for a Go Fast Condo Award at a Participating Destination are subject to availability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, blackout dates apply to Go Fast Condo Awards at Participating Destinations and will vary by Participating Destination. Further, Go Fast Condo Awards are only available at a limited number of units at each Participating Destination. Minimum stay of two consecutive nights is required at all Participating Destinations; such requirement must be adhered to when a Member redeems Wyndham Rewards points for a Go Fast Condo Award at a Participating Destination. Members with a sufficient number of points to redeem for a Go Fast Award at a Participating Destination for only one (1) night have the option to do so, and pay for the remainder of the stay at prevailing rates. In the case of a stay at a Participating Destination that consists only of Go Fast Condo Award nights, an advanced deposit in an amount equal to the applicable cash amount payable for the first night’s stay (plus applicable taxes), made by credit card, is required at time of booking, with the remaining balance for the stay due at time of check-in. In the case of a stay at a Participating Destination that includes one or more Go Fast Condo Award nights and one or more fully paid nights, a deposit for the first fully paid night, including tax, is payable at the time of booking.
- Go Fast Condo Awards at Participating Destinations may be used in succession with each other for stays longer than one (1) night, subject to availability (but can’t be used in succession with Go Free Condo Awards (as defined in Section III(D-1)(1) above). Go Fast Condo Awards at Participating Destinations may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for the stay.
- A Member may book a Go Fast Condo Award at a Participating Destination in the name of another guest by booking on behalf of such other guest via the applicable Wyndham Rewards Wyndham Vacation Clubs number (see table in Section III(H)(7)(b) below) or by booking the Go Free Condo Award online. The person to whom the Go Fast Condo Award has been transferred will be responsible for the remaining balance for the stay (if any) at time of check-in; however, the Member whose points were redeemed for the Go Fast Condo Award will receive any Wyndham Rewards points that are awardable for it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The staying guest in whose name the Go Fast Condo Award is booked is explicitly prohibited from further conveyance of the Go Fast Award.
- Go Fast Condo Awards at Participating Destinations do not include taxes, daily housekeeping services or incidental charges (such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls or movie rentals). Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. Contact the Participating Destinations directly for specific fees.
- Room types and amount of cash required for award vary by property. The cash portion of the Go Fast Condo Award and the taxes associated with such cash portion must be paid in the local currency of the applicable property, by a payment method accepted by such property.
- Booking procedures depend on whether a Member is booking at a Participating Destination.
- Points will be withdrawn from the Member’s Wyndham Rewards account at the time of booking a Go Fast Condo Award at a Participating Destination.
- In addition to the required advanced deposit described in Section III(H)(2) above, a credit card is required for all reservations made at a Participating Destination to hold a $150.00 refundable security deposit at check-in. The hold will release one to ten (1 to 10) business days following check-out. Be advised that based on a Member’s bank or credit card company's individual terms, the hold against these funds may last up to thirty (30) days. If the hold is not released after such time, please contact the front desk supervisor at the Participating Destination. Cash deposits are not accepted. Please consult your confirmation email or letter for security deposit details at your specific Participating Destination.
- Reservations for a Go Fast Condo Award(s) may be cancelled without penalty by calling Wyndham Rewards Wyndham Vacation Clubs at 1-800-809-6480 up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check-in. See Section III(F-1) for more information on the cancellation of Go Fast awards.

I. Redeeming for Participating Partner Travel Program Currency
Wyndham Rewards Members who are members of certain participating partner travel rewards programs may redeem their Wyndham Rewards points for the applicable currency in these programs. See the list of current participating partner travel programs and redemption options. When redeeming Wyndham Rewards points for partner travel rewards, Members are subject to the following:
- The terms and conditions of the participating partner travel program govern the redemption, expiration and distribution of the travel program's points or earnings.
- Once Wyndham Rewards points have been redeemed for partner travel rewards points or earnings, they cannot be returned for credit to the Member's Wyndham Rewards account.
- The names of the participating partner travel rewards programs are the registered trademarks of such carriers.
J. Redeeming for Merchandise, Subscriptions, Tickets and Membership Rewards
Redeeming in the United States and Canada
- Members can redeem points for merchandise, subscriptions, tickets and membership rewards.
- Merchandise, subscriptions, tickets and memberships can only be shipped, as applicable, within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada unless otherwise noted.
- Merchandise, subscriptions, tickets and membership rewards are subject to any terms and conditions stated thereon, and/or otherwise imposed on their use by the applicable third party manufacturer or issuer.
- Items offered in connection with the Program are subject to change without prior notice.
- Should a product be discontinued or withdrawn, Sponsor may substitute a product of equivalent value, if available, or cancel your order and make an appropriate refund.
- Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in merchandise, subscription, ticket and membership descriptions and product values. In this event, Sponsor reserves the right to notify the Member of the correct description or value before merchandise, subscription or membership, as applicable, is shipped.
- Sponsor cannot accept responsibility for delays or inability to fulfill for any cause beyond its control, such as fire, explosion, action of the elements, strikes or other differences with workers; restrictions or restraints imposed by law, rules or other order of public authority; or interruption of transportation.
- The manufacturers' warranty, if any, applies to all items offered.
Redeeming outside the United States and Canada
- Members can redeem points for merchandise, subscription and membership rewards.

K. Redeeming for Retail Gift Cards
Redeeming in the United States and Canada
- Members can use Wyndham Rewards points to redeem for retail gift cards ("Retail Gift Cards").
- Retail Gift Cards will generally arrive within 7-10 business days from the redemption request but may take longer during peak holiday seasons.
- Retail Gift Cards must be presented to the retail gift card providers ("Retailers") when utilized and can only be used once. Mechanical reproductions, copies or facsimiles will not be accepted.
- Retailers are neither affiliated with, nor are they sponsors of the Wyndham Rewards Program. Except to the extent otherwise required by law or specifically authorized by the individual Retailers, Retail Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- See legal terms and conditions, restrictions and exceptions applicable to Retail Gift Card use and redemption in the individual Retailers' websites or to the extent applicable, on the back of the Retail Gift Card.
Redeeming outside the United States and Canada
- Retail Gift Cards, stored value cards and tickets to events and cinemas will generally be issued within six (6) weeks from the date of redemption request.
- Retail Gift Cards, stored value cards and events/movie tickets must be presented to the Rewards Participant when used and can only be used according to the terms of the Rewards Participant. Mechanical reproductions, copies or facsimiles will not be accepted.

L. Redeeming for Visa® Prepaid Cards (Applicable in United States and Canada Only)
Members may redeem points for Wyndham Rewards Visa Prepaid Cards ("Visa Prepaid Cards"), which are issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. These Visa Prepaid Cards contain cash in amounts specified on the "Redeem" tab or www.wyndhamrewards.com and can be used at any retail establishment, where Visa is accepted, subject to the terms and conditions listed in the Visa Prepaid Card packet that is received with the card. Without limiting the foregoing, all Visa Prepaid Cards are subject to fees, as more particularly described in such terms and conditions.
M. Redeeming for Charity Rewards (Applicable in the United States Only with the exception of Save the Children – also available in Canada and United Kingdom)
- U.S. Members may redeem Wyndham Rewards points for a charitable donation with all participating charity partners and Canadian and UK Members may redeem Wyndham Rewards points for a charitable donation with Save the Children on the "Redeem" tab of www.wyndhamrewards.com. The charitable donations will be made by Sponsor. The Member will receive an electronic confirmation of their order.
- All Wyndham Rewards point donations will be made to the charity approximately six weeks following the date of the redemption.
- Wyndham Rewards point donations cannot be cancelled once made. Wyndham Rewards points cannot be collected on any element of the Wyndham Rewards point donation. All cash donations will be made to the charity on a quarterly basis.
- All cash donations will be made to the charity on a quarterly basis.
- Redemptions of Wyndham Rewards points for the purpose of effecting a donation to a charity are generally not tax deductible. Members should seek independent tax advice as appropriate. Gift aid cannot be claimed for Wyndham Rewards point donations by UK Members.
- Only U.S. residents may redeem Wyndham Rewards points for charitable donations, with the exception of Save the Children which is also available to Canadian and UK residents.
- All donations will be utilized by the applicable charity in accordance with its internal policies and procedures. For more information on the utilization of donations, contact the charity directly. We are not responsible for the nature or quality of a charitable project nor do we promise that any charity will do as they promise.
N. Redeeming for Airline Tickets (Applicable for Residents of the United States Only)
- Fees and restrictions apply to all reservations. Penalties of up to full value of ticket are at the carrier’s discretion. Any no shows may result in cancellation of all remaining unused flights. All value may be lost. Restrictions can include, without limitation, the issuance of non-changeable tickets. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Travelers are responsible to ensure all foreign entry requirements are met and that their travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order.
- All changes to a reservation constitute a revision and may be subject to an airline change fee.
- Wyndham Rewards points redeemed to purchase flight will not be refunded for cancellations or changes.
- Prices do not include baggage fees and other a la carte services charged directly by the airline.

O. Redeeming for Car Rental Bookings (Applicable in the United States Only)
- Due to program restrictions, reservations booked using Wyndham Rewards points are non-refundable and non-changeable. After a reservation booked using Wyndham Rewards points is confirmed, it CANNOT be changed or cancelled. No refunds for unused days, including, without limitation, those resulting from delayed pick up or early returns.
- All renters and additional drivers must meet minimum age requirements for renting location.
- A major credit card and a valid driver`s license both in the same name of the renter will be required at the time of rental.
- Electronic confirmation and documentation will be sent to the e-mail provided in the contact information upon completion of the booking process.
- Drop off charges apply for one-way rentals and may be charged to the renter over and above the redemption of points, such charges would be at the renter`s expense. Refer to the website of the Travel Provider with which you are booking for specific details about such charges.

P. Redeeming Points for Tours & Activities
Members can redeem their Wyndham Rewards points when they book a tour or activity in accordance with the Viator Terms & Conditions. These Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions also apply.
IV. Member Levels
A. General
- Wyndham Rewards offers Members four membership levels (“Member Levels”): Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. (The Blue Member Level will occasionally be referred to herein as “Blue Level”; the Gold Member Level will occasionally be referred herein as “Gold Level”; the Platinum Member Level will occasionally be referred to herein as “Platinum Level”; and the Diamond Member Level will occasionally be referred to herein as “Diamond Level”). Members will earn Blue Level upon enrollment and are eligible to obtain higher Member Levels by completing specified denominations of Qualifying Nights (as defined in Section IV(B)(1) below), or by receiving Gifted Levels (as defined in Section IV(B)(2) below), in each case, as more particularly described in Section IV(B) below. In addition to receiving the benefits available to Blue Level Members, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Level Members will receive further benefits that vary by Member Level as described in greater detail in Section IV(C) below. In addition to the Member Levels terms and conditions set forth in this Section IV, all other Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions apply to all Members, regardless of Member Level, unless otherwise noted herein. Non-enforcement of these rules does not imply that the rule or requirement is void.
- Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the applicable Member Level Benefits offered to any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions.
B. Earning Member Levels
1. Each Member Level is achieved after a Member completes the number of Qualifying Nights set forth opposite such Member Level in the chart below (the information contained therein occasionally referred to hereinafter as the “Level Earning Formula”).

Each of the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Levels will occasionally be referred to in these Terms and Conditions individually as a “Subsequent Level”, “Other Level” or “Another Level” and in combination or collectively as “Subsequent Levels” or “Other Levels”, as the context may require. A "Qualifying Night" is defined as follows:
a) (i) a paid, stayed night during a Qualified Stay at a Participating Property (see Sections I(10), (11) and (6) above for definitions of "Qualified Stays" and "Participating Properties”), so long as the Qualified Stay has an average daily rate of $25 per night; (ii) a paid, stayed night obtained by using any variety of Go Fast Award described in Sections G-1 through I of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) a stayed night obtained by using any variety of Go Free Award described in Sections C-1 through E-2 of these Terms and Conditions. In cases where a Member uses a Go Free Award, Caesars Go Free Award, Go Free Condo Award or Go Free Home Award in combination with one (1) or more paid nights for a stay, only the average daily rate of the paid nights will be considered in determining whether such nights are Qualifying Nights.
b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in paragraph (a) above or otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, when a Member books for more than one (1) unit per night at a Participating Property, only the unit in which the Member stays will be considered a Qualifying Night towards achieving Subsequent Levels.
c) Each Go Free Condo Award night, Go Free Home Award night, Vacasa Go Free Award and Go Fast Condo Award night will qualify as one (1) Qualifying Night regardless of the number of bedrooms included within the applicable property.
d) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in paragraphs (a) or (b) above, no-shows, even if paid, will not be considered a Qualifying Night towards achieving Subsequent Levels.
2. As an alternate means to obtaining Subsequent Levels by completing Qualifying Nights, Members may also be gifted Subsequent Levels (occasionally referred to herein as “Gifted Levels”) via:
a) Diamond Level Members, who are entitled to gift Gold Level to another Member in accordance with the terms set forth in Section IV(C), below.
b) Promotional offers made from time to time by Sponsor in its discretion. Such Gifted Levels will expire in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, if such terms and conditions specifically address expiration, and if not, in accordance with Section IV(B)(3) below. A Gifted Level obtained pursuant to this Section IV(B)(2)(b) may not be used to status match into the Caesars Rewards program.
c) Having a Wyndham Rewards Visa® with No Annual Fee credit card account that was opened prior to September 29, 2020, a Wyndham Rewards Earner® Card credit card account that was opened on or after September 29, 2020, or a Wyndham Rewards Earner® Access Card credit card account that was opened on or after April 29, 2022, provides the Member with a Gold Level membership. Gold Level for new Wyndham Rewards Earner Cardmembers and Wyndham Rewards Earner Access Cardmembers will be activated typically within 24 to 48 hours (but can take up to 8 weeks) after the applicable credit card account is opened. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a Gold Level obtained pursuant to this paragraph will remain in place until December 31 of the calendar year in which the Member’s applicable credit card account is terminated. The Gold Level obtained pursuant to this paragraph and all associated Member Level Benefits are applicable only to the primary cardmember on the account.
d) Having a Wyndham Rewards Visa® with $75 Annual Fee credit card account that was opened prior to September 29, 2020, or, on or after such date, opening a new Wyndham Rewards Earner® Plus Card credit card account in accordance with its terms and conditions provides the Member with a Platinum Level membership. Platinum Level for new Wyndham Rewards Earner® Plus Cardmembers will be activated typically within 24 to 48 hours (but can take up to 8 weeks) after the Member’s Wyndham Rewards Earner® Plus Card credit card account is open. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a Platinum Level obtained pursuant to this paragraph will remain in place until December 31 of the calendar year in which the Member’s applicable credit card account is terminated. The Platinum Level obtained pursuant to this paragraph and all associated Member Level Benefits are applicable only to the primary cardmember on the account.
e) Effective September 29, 2020, opening a new Wyndham Rewards Earner® Business Card credit card account in accordance with its terms and conditions provides the Member with a Diamond Level membership, which will be activated typically within 24 to 48 (but can take up to 8 weeks) hours after the Member’s Wyndham Rewards Earner® Business Card credit card account is open. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, such Diamond Level will remain in place until December 31 of the calendar year in which the Member’s applicable credit card account is terminated. The Diamond Level obtained pursuant to this paragraph and all associated Member Level Benefits are applicable only to the primary cardmember on the account.
f) Being or becoming a WYNDHAM Club Pass or Shell Vacations Club member in the United States (“Wyndham Timeshare Member”). Any new or existing Wyndham Timeshare Member who completes a Gold Level claim form (“Gold Claim Form”) will obtain Gold Level and maintain such Gold Level until such time as such person sells or otherwise transfers his or her ownership interest in a Wyndham timeshare product or otherwise ceases to be a Wyndham Timeshare Member. If a Wyndham Timeshare Member has not received a Gold Claim Form, he or she may call Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here to obtain one. Only one Gold Level will be provided per Wyndham Timeshare Member number, regardless of how many individuals are on the account, and/or how many ownership interests such Wyndham Timeshare Member may hold. A Wyndham Timeshare Member’s Gold Level will not transfer upon sale of the ownership interest in the timeshare product to a third party.
g) Being or becoming a Club Wyndham Tier Member (as defined below). For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Club Wyndham Tier Member” means any Wyndham Timeshare Member who is a (i) Club Wyndham VIP Gold member, Club Wyndham Asia Bronze or Silver member, WorldMark by Wyndham TravelShare or Elite Silver member or Lifestyle by Wyndham Bronze or Silver member (which entitles such individual to Platinum Level, as set forth below), or (ii) Club Wyndham VIP Platinum member, Club Wyndham Asia Gold, Platinum or 100 Club member, WorldMark by Wyndham Elite Diamond or Elite Platinum member or Lifestyle by Wyndham Gold, Platinum or 100 Club member (which entitles such individual to Diamond Level, as set forth below). Any new or existing Club Wyndham Tier Members who completes the applicable Member Level claim form will obtain Platinum Level or Diamond Level (as applicable) until the earliest to occur of (i) the date upon which such Member is deemed to have obtained the next Subsequent Level in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, (ii) January 1 of Year 3 (as defined in Section IV(B)(3) below); (iii) the date upon which such Member terminates his or her Club Wyndham Tier Member status; and (iv) the date upon which such Member sells or otherwise transfers his or her ownership interest in a Wyndham timeshare product or otherwise ceases to be a Wyndham Timeshare Member. Only one Gifted Level will be provided per Club Wyndham Tier Member, regardless of how many individuals are on the account, and/or how many ownership interests such Club Wyndham Tier Member may hold. A Club Wyndham Tier Member’s Gifted Level will not transfer upon sale of the ownership interest in the timeshare product to a third party.
h) Such other gifting activity as may be conducted or authorized by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Any Member entitled to more than one (1) Member Level pursuant to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have obtained the highest Member Level then available to such Member. For example, a Member who (i) is a Wyndham Timeshare Member (and eligible for Gold Level in accordance with Section IV(B)(2)(f) above); and (ii) completes forty (40) Qualifying Nights (and is eligible for Diamond Level in accordance with Section IV(B)(1) above) will maintain Diamond Level in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; for clarity, in the event such Member’s Diamond Level expires pursuant to Section IV(B)(3) below, such Member would be downgraded to the next Member Level then available to such Member under these Terms and Conditions (in the example above, assuming such Member is still a Wyndham Timeshare Member and does not have enough Rollover Nights (as defined in Section IV(B)(4) below) to obtain Platinum Level at the time of Diamond Level expiration, Gold Level).
3. Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms and Conditions, once a Member has obtained a given Member Level, that Member will retain such Member Level until the earlier of (i) the date on which such Member is deemed to have obtained the next Subsequent Level in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) January 1 of Year 3 (as defined below). For purposes of this Section IV, “Year 1” means the calendar year in which a given Member Level is obtained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, “Year 2” means the calendar year following Year 1 and “Year 3” means the calendar year following Year 2.
4. Any Qualifying Nights completed in or after 2016 which are in excess of the number required to earn a particular Member Level (the “Earned Level”) but not enough to obtain the next Subsequent Level will be deemed to roll over (“Rollover Nights”) and either applied or banked for future use, as applicable, as follows:
- A Member’s Rollover Nights will be banked for purposes of obtaining such Member’s next Subsequent Level until either (a) such next Subsequent Level is obtained in accordance with the Level Earning Formula (in which case the Rollover Nights will be deemed used), or (b) such Member’s Earned Level expires in accordance with clause (ii) of the first sentence of Section IV(B)(3) above, in which case the Rollover Nights will be taken into account in the determination of such Member’s new Member Level, which will take effect immediately upon expiration of the Earned Level. Any Rollover Nights in excess of the number needed to obtain such new Member Level but not enough to obtain the next Subsequent Level will continue to be banked for future application as described above.
For clarity, Rollover Nights only disappear from a Member’s account after they have been applied to obtain Another Level; a Member’s Rollover Nights will not otherwise expire or be deemed to have been used.
For example, if a Member completes seven (7) Qualifying Nights by June 1 in Year 1, no Qualifying Nights in Year 2, and 3 Qualifying Nights by April 1 in Year 3 then such Member will:
i. obtain Gold Level on June 1 of Year 1 and maintain such Member Level for the remainder of Year 1 (because the Member has completed the 5 Qualifying Nights required to obtain Gold, but not the 15 Qualifying Nights required to obtain Platinum);
ii. be deemed to have two (2) Rollover Nights in his or her account (because five (5) of the Member’s Qualifying Nights have been applied to obtain Gold Level and the Member’s two (2) remaining completed Qualifying Nights have not been used to obtain any Subsequent Level);
iii. maintain Gold Level for Year 2 (because the Member has still not completed enough Qualifying Nights to achieve Platinum Level and the Member’s Gold Level has not yet expired);
iv. be downgraded to Blue Level as of January 1 of Year 3 (because the Member’s Gold Level expires as of such date, and the Member’s two (2) Rollover Nights are not enough to obtain the next Subsequent Level (Gold Level);
v. maintain Blue Level through March 31 of Year 3; and
vi. re-obtain Gold Level as of April 1 of Year 3 (because the 3 Qualifying Nights completed by April 1 in Year 3 plus the 2 Rollover Nights completed in Year 1 equals the 5 Qualifying Nights required for Gold Level).

5. In addition to the uses described above, Rollover Nights can also help a Member who (a) is in Year 2 of a particular Member Level’s term; and (b) hasn’t completed enough Qualifying Nights to achieve the next Subsequent Level, to extend the term of the originally obtained Member Level. If in Year 2 a Member again reaches the required number of Qualifying Nights for the Member Level she or he earned in Year 1 (whether by combining Rollover Nights from Year 1 with Qualifying Nights completed in Year 2, or by again completing the requisite number of Qualifying Nights in Year 2), the Member will be deemed to have requalified for such Member Level, and the term for such Member Level will be deemed to have restarted. For clarity, any Rollover Nights used for purposes of extending the term of a then-current Member Level as described above will be deemed used for that purpose and removed from the Member’s account.
6. A Member who has obtained a Gifted Level will not be deemed to have stayed the number of Qualifying Nights which would have been required to obtain such Member Level had it not been for the gift. For example, a Member who completes 3 Qualifying Nights in Year 1 but is gifted Gold Level in Year 1 will not be deemed to have completed 5 Qualifying Nights; in order for such Member to maintain or re-obtain Gold Level beyond Year 2 (assuming such Member does not maintain or re-obtain such Member Level by gift beyond Year 2 in accordance with Section IV(B)(2)), such Member will have to complete an additional 2 Qualifying Nights.
7. All Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions regardless of Member Level.
C. Member Level Benefits
- Member Level services, benefits and other amenities vary by Member Level as well as by Participating Hotel and are set forth below (the “Member Level Benefits”). Subject to applicable law, all Member Level Benefits are subject to change or substitution at any time without notice. Member Level Benefits which apply only during stays (e.g., late check-out) are only offered (a) during Qualified Stays (as defined in Section I(10), above) at Participating Hotels, Go Free Award stays at Participating Hotels and Go Fast Award stays at Go Fast Award Participating Hotels; (b) in connection with the guest room in which the Member is staying; and (c) subject to availability at the applicable hotel (“Hotel Benefits”). Not all Participating Hotels offer all Hotel Benefits. No payments, reimbursements or other forms of make good will be offered or available in the event of any change or substitution of a Member Level Benefit by Sponsor, or lack of availability of any Hotel Benefit at a Participating Hotel. Without limiting any term of this Section, Member Level Benefits are not available during stays of any kind at Redemption Only Destinations or any type of Participating Property other than Participating Hotels.
a. Blue Level Members will receive the following benefits:
- Rollover Nights, as defined in Section IV(B)(4), above.
- Free basic Wi-Fi access at Participating Hotels, subject to availability. Participating Hotels without wireless internet may provide wired High Speed Internet Access (HSIA). Participating Hotels without internet access will not participate in this Member Levels Benefit. Some Participating Hotels may charge additional fees for internet speeds faster than basic Wi-Fi access.
b. Gold Level Members will receive the following benefits in addition to all of the Member Level Benefits available to Blue Level Members:
- Complimentary priority phone line at Member Services. Contact information is listed in the My Account section of each Gold Level Member
- Preferred room at Participating Hotels, subject to availability, upon Member’s request. Availability is determined by Participating Hotel at check-in and is only applicable to the Member’s personal guest room. Preferred rooms may include recently renovated rooms, more spacious rooms or rooms with a desired view or location; provided, however, that the requested room must be in the same room type category as the room initially booked (e.g., if a standard room is booked, the preferred room request can only be for a different standard room). Participating Hotels are not required to offer suites or other specialty rooms for this Member Level Benefit.
- Late check-out at Participating Hotels, subject to availability, upon Member’s request. Availability is determined by Participating Hotel and is only applicable to the Member’s personal guest room. Late check-out requests should not be for a time that is more than two hours after the Participating Hotel’s standard check-out time.
- Accelerated Earning Points: Ten percent (10%) of Base Points earned on Qualified Stays. See Section II(B)(6) above for details on Accelerated Earning Points.
c. Platinum Level Members will receive the following benefits in addition to all of the Member Level Benefits available to Blue and Gold Level Members (except, for clarity, the Accelerated Earning Points awardable to Gold Level Members, which will be replaced with the Accelerated Earning Points awardable to Platinum Level Members as more particularly described in the final bullet point of this subsection (c) and Section II(B)(6) hereof):
- Complimentary priority phone line at Member Services. Contact information is listed in the My Account section of each Platinum Level Member.
- Early check-in at Participating Hotels, subject to availability, upon Member’s request. Availability is determined by Participating Hotel and is only applicable to the Member’s personal guest room. Early check-in requests should not be for a time that is more than two hours prior to the Participating Hotel’s standard check-in time.
- Avis Rent a Car benefits available at participating locations in the United States or Canada consisting of one complimentary one car class upgrade, subject to availability, per compact through full-size car reservation. (For clarity, upgrade is available for only one (1) car per reservation.) For more information on Avis Rent a Car benefits, including, without limitation, information on how to book, and complete terms and conditions, Members eligible to receive these benefits should either call Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here or visit the My Account page while logged into their Member Account on www.wyndhamrewards.com.
- Budget Rent a Car benefits available at participating locations in the United States or Canada consisting of one complimentary one car class upgrade, subject to availability, per compact through full-size car reservation. (For clarity, upgrade is available for only one (1) car per reservation.) For more information on Budget Rent a Car benefits, including, without limitation, information on how to book, and complete terms and conditions, Members eligible to receive these benefits should either call Member Services at the applicable telephone number provided here or visit the My Account page while logged in to their Member Account on wyndhamrewards.com.
- Accelerated Earning Points: Fifteen percent (15%) of Base Points earned on Qualified Stays. See Section II(B)(6) above for details on Accelerated Earning Points.
d. Diamond Level Members will receive the following benefits in addition to all of the Member Level Benefits available to Blue, Gold and Platinum Level Members (except, for clarity, the Accelerated Earning Points awardable to Gold Level and Platinum Level Members respectively, which will be replaced with the Accelerated Earning Points awardable to Diamond Level Members as more particularly described in the final bullet point of this subsection (c) and Section II(B)(6) hereof):
- Complimentary priority phone line at Member Services. Contact information is listed in the My Account section of each Diamond Level Member.
- Suite upgrade at Participating Hotels, subject to availability, in connection with Qualified Stays, Go Free Award stays and Go Fast Award stays, in each case, booked by advance reservation. Availability is determined by Participating Hotel at check-in and is only applicable to the Member’s personal guest room. Suites are not available at all Participating Hotels.
- One snack and/or beverage welcome amenity per Qualified Stay, Go Free award night and Go Fast award night per Member upon check-in, available at AmericInn by Wyndham, Baymont by Wyndham, Dazzler by Wyndham, Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham, Esplendor Boutique Hotels by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, La Quinta by Wyndham, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Ramada by Wyndham, TRYP by Wyndham, Vienna House by Wyndham, Wingate by Wyndham, Wyndham Alltra, Wyndham Grand, Wyndham and Wyndham Garden Participating Hotels only. Welcome amenity varies by brand and Participating Hotel.
- Gift Gold Level to another Member once per calendar year. The gifted Gold Level can be given by contacting Member Services at the applicable number listed in the My Account section of each on the Diamond Level Member.
- Accelerated Earning Points: Twenty percent (20%) of Base Points earned on Qualified Stays. See Section II(B)(6) for details on Accelerated Earning Points.
e. Gold, Diamond and Platinum Level Members will receive the appropriate Member Level welcome materials within 24-48 hours via email. All subsequent Gold, Diamond and Platinum Level communications will be sent via email. Members should ensure Wyndham Rewards always has a valid mailing and email address to send communications with Member account summaries. Sponsor shall not be liable for failure of a Member at any Member Level to receive future communications.
